    I've seen plenty of nice things written about the RPG Tactics game and the end result of the minis once assembled - assembly was a PITA though. The fact that the other promised kickstarter items are vaporware did not go over well however.

    Quoted for truth. Lucas got away with it in the original Trilogy since nobody knew it would become a trilogy. When Disney KNEW they were commissioning a trilogy somebody should have plotted out the major bits of the entire thing before a single frame of film was shot.

    To be fair to Luke, she wasn't his sister till sometime in the writing stage for Empire...

    correct - It was not the adoptive mom she was talking about remembering. My problem from the brief skimming of the upcoming stories is that is sounds like they are not going to enforce continuity. That was the biggest problem with the sequels and they should have learned a lesson.

    > As of last nights episode they're down to spears, knifes and what looks like Roman Army shields and a shotgun or two. When Fighting Zombies that works pretty well. Little noise and if you do it right they can't reach you. A Roman Phalanx would be perfect. Or one of the medieval equivalents.

    Alexandria isn't the problem, the writing was the problem. I dropped it the season Negan showed up. The Plot stupidity was unbearable by then. When the characters KNOW there is an enemy out there watching them they all decide to wander off on their own.

    Better written sources for that for me. If it is Star Wars I want the visuals.

    Then I doubly don't care. Star Wars needs visual spectacle IMHO and it is impossible to get that in a book.

    Tried to watch the video and couldn't. Skipping through it boils down to "we are going to make more Star Wars movies and are looking for ideas"

    And a Royal Navy captain was expected to be the top Diplomat at remote spots since he was often the most senior level official around - and no way to get instructions from others.

    So no changes then. They are the ones with movie money and the urge to spend it. Old codgers like me - not so much.

    He got far worse the older he became. My personal opinion, with nothing but the public record to go by, is that he thought of Star Trek as a salve for his own failings. TNG preached the hippy dippy way to an extreme that TOS never did, at least till Gene passed away.

    One more episode left for the season and so far it has been excellent - and next week's finale is looking excellent as well. A massive turn around from last season, probably the best in the last few seasons. Though Capaldie's episode locked in the confession dial is one of the best episodes of the entire show.

    The posts above this one were about the 2016ish movie. I didn't go to the top of the thread to check. Looks like it became a bit of everything.

    Shouldn't this go in that other Ghostbusters discussion? Those toys have nothing to do with this movie.
