    And just to get it on record - Attack of the Clones may have cringe worthy dialog but The Last Jedi is the worst Star Wars film of the lot by far. An ENTIRE film worth of idiots doing idiotic things. Bad Guys, Good Guys, Whatever Benicio Del Toro's character was supposed to be (actually his character is the only one that made any sense at all).

    Sending mixed signals at best. Annakin would have to ask what "it" was with that writing too.

    Phantom Menace is bad but Attack of the Clones is my favorite whipping boy. Between Annakin's Sand musings and Padme saying they can't get romantically involved while wearing the hottest black leatherish outfit imaginable (to a private dinner for two) you wonder who was writing that movie.

    Yeah, but with The Expanse Season 4 out now, Lost in Space Season 2 out soon, and I still have not watched Disenchanted Season 2 (OK, I may never actually end up watching that last one) the whole idea went down the crapper.

    Seeing it sometime in January after the kids are back in school. I hate crowds. But I might not have to wait that long.

    I really doubt they will keep this release. One of the studios is going to blink.

    Big bird, Kermit and Mr Cooper. I remember Sesame Street used the actor's death as a teaching moment and Big Bird was a major part of it.

    Luckily for Jar Jar's actor you never see his face so he could have changed his name and moved on and nobody would know.

    Or Hayden Christiansen. Jake Loyd was a really really bad actor - it wasn't just Lucas's bad direction either. He was terrible in Jingle All the Way too. That said he was just a kid so with time he might have gotten better like Jennifer Conally. She was barely able to act in Labyrinth but truly deserved the oscar she got for A brilliant Mind.

    NYC was one of the things that made Ghostbusters - some dinky town in the middle of nowhere doesn't cut it. The odds of this being a rental instead of theater movie went way up

    Sad to see him go. He did a great job with vastly different characters.

    On the villain not being shown. Another possibility is they don't want to show anything till the CGI for the character is DONE. Part of the problem with other CGI characters being shown early is the CGI for them was not final. ACK! - forgot to say this would be a perfect movie to add in some audio themes from the Wonder Woman TV series. (even thought it ended in 79)

    Pretty much did just that. I did go see Country Bears (when I went as a kid that was the only thing my dad went to see and I like em too) and the riverboat. Still a perfectly fun day.

    The virtual queue was not setup for reliability reasons, it was so all those people could keep shopping while waiting (and a darn good idea too). I hope they start rolling this out for their other rides too. It is good for the people to not stand in a line for an hour and good for Disney since those people will be spending money while waiting for their slot. Anyone with a cell phone could sign up with that and those two without they could rent them a device to handle it. EDIT - I was at DW Thursday and Friday but went to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom instead. I didn't even need to use my fastpasses in the morning. Even the big ticket rides had 15 minute or less lines till about noon. I went on the Haunted Mansion and Pirates twice in a row.

    I wonder if any of the filler will be like B5 "Filler" episodes - being stuffed full of important minor bits that become major items later in the series - but I doubt it.

    that's true! The second one had the entire cast and it sucked... I'm looking forward to seeing the old gang again (or most of them at any rate). I don't remember if Rick Moranis was coming out of retirement for this one.

    True! Seems like chopping off their head or burning them is a requirement. (or just stabbing them - chopping them in half being a no no)

    It seems that falling down a HUGE shaft has no effect on the users of the Dark Side.

    He. Doesn't. Talk. Slow... Enough. Toooo. Be.... A Dalek. They did overdo the reverb on his voice though.

    At $20 for all of 2199 I figured why not - I plan on switching to all streaming from now on anyway to boot. I have also confirmed that the episodes can be downloaded for viewing offline. Hurray for my upcoming flight. No Analyzer does not sound like a Dalek. That would have been acceptable if not exactly cool (the VA would not have had time to say all of Analyzer's lines at Dalek speed anyway)
