  1. Past hour
  2. Yay!!!!!, I heard there was something coming for Battlestar Galactica, and I’m super happy with that scale. The figures look great and the viper looks awesome. Maybe a cylinder fighter as well🤞
  3. Really starting to like that big Legioss... reminds me in part of that super premium model Captain America made. The tread for that would be the size of a large RC plane.
  4. Thanks sooo much! I love these old kits. I think they have so much potential if given some love. Very rewarding for me since I absolutely love the process. The mistakes and pain in the neck stuff over this past year of getting into the hobby has been a great opportunity for me to grow and hone some skills (= I have been on a kick of priming my builds with black MR Surfacer, then doing some highlight shading “main colors” in MR Color “lacquer”, and then decals. Once dry it’s on to Mr weathering brown wash over everything. Once it’s almost dry I remove most of it with a soft towel and Qtips. Then spray a top coat of the flat UV Mr color in a rattle can “so fast and easy”, then I do any small details that don’t need to be glossy in enamels. Once it’s almost dry I use lighter fluid to clean it up. Then I hit those areas with the flat topcoat. When that drys I paint any glossy areas in gloss enamels and call it good. That’s a lot of info but thats the process and paints I am liking as of late. I am always looking to add to this and love any criticism and advice anybody here has for a noob like myself. ♥️
  5. Not soon enough!
  6. Transformers aesthetic in full effect with all that under-kibble. 🤢
  7. You are doing a phenomenal job with all these vintage kits. What kind and brand of paint are you using? Looks amazing!!
  8. Well, well, well.
  9. It was just a plug and play accessory. Honestly, I don’t recall reshaping the peg for it to fit.
  10. @pengbuzzVery excited to see this! @Thom Thanks So I couldn’t wait until the weekend to add some final touches. I might dry brush some dark areas later but I feel good with how this came out. Of course there are plenty of areas that stick out to me that need work but I can live with it. lol. Super fun build!
  11. I'm not seeing mention of diecast. Did I miss that?
  12. Today
  13. Everybody will get a turn, but Sam is the BEST for that part (according to me).
  14. Ok, thanks for the clarification!
  15. If I remember correctly, for the V.2 hands to work on a Yamato or Arcadia VF-0, you'd need to do modifications for those to work.
  16. I haven't been into anything of this sort, other than the rare automotive diecast, in years but this has my undivided interest, so much so that I can taste it. 🤤 The one thing that gives me pause is the sticker price on that glorious Viper...
  17. Nice I thought I remember reading something like that and still never got around to trying. Now, do they work on Arcadia VF-0s too?!
  18. really really want to see how their alpha 3 figs compare to storm arena's.
  19. I've been using the V.2 1/60 hands for years now. No mods required, they just plug right in, nice & snug.
  20. omg. well, ct toys it is then
  21. Nice! How was the fit there? Any modification needed?
  22. Yesterday
  23. Though Brisingr would be using that color on the Kairos I'd think.
