    Judging by the package contents, it looked like Bandai actually included two separate sets of shoulders with the fins in both positions, rather than make them move. I'm not going to pretend it makes any sense, but Bandai certainly aren't known for trying that hard either.

    I preordered Armada Nemesis Prime from Anime Export already. I was unsure about paying €93 for it but seeing that the price was raised from $75 to $90 makes me much happier with my choice.

    I'd like to get Executioner but I only want Phantom Rider. All of the newer figures are losing waist cuts and ab crunches. I'll bet Hasbro are going to start cutting things now that the HasBlow's trained them to release $50 figures.

    Pass the Monster Meat, Milady! is pretty damn adorable. I had a lot of fun with the second episode. Let's Play's second episode doubles down on everything negative I had to say about the first one. Avoid it like the plague. EDIT: It's like someone tried to make Ally McBeal into an anime, in all the worst ways. Like the surreal imagine spots and the protagonist being unable to confront the person who ruined her life simply because he's attractive. I can't recall the last time I cringed this hard.

    Well, that was a bit of a whiplash ending. Giving it some thought afterwards, it makes sense what happens, but As a season overall, it was fun and has its moments. I get how the last episode ties to everything prior, but I kinda wish it tied back better to that alternate dimension stuff. Just a bunch of loose threads that I’m not sure we’ll ever see resolved, especially with that ending.

    Not quite yet, but probably soon since the preorders for those Tekkaman kits went up a few weeks ago and the ride armor prototype was teased around then. Definitely not vapor ware yet since they keep showing up at shows and in color now. They just teased a bunch of stuff at one time and we’re getting something new each month more or less

    That Tron set is 1:18 scale and $260? When I saw pictures of it earlier, I assumed it was 1:12 scale. $260 for that scale made sense. Not at 1:18.

    My Awkward Senpai has hit its stride as of the second episode. That was quite a bit more fun to watch and the protagonist Azusa's social awkwardness is definitely handled in a way that's less rude and more cute. Seems like it's well on its way to being a fun installment in this season. Solo Camping for Two is trying valiantly to transition from a boring and poorly composed camping gear infomercial to a boring and poorly composed story about Gen's dream job of owning his own campground. The story changes gears with the kind of lurch and audible clunk that'd have you racing to the dealership if it were your car. They're doing a better job when it comes to selling the idea that Gen actually enjoys camping, but he still spends so much screen time hitting the sauce that I remain convinced he's a borderline alcoholic. The new plot development of a "romantic" rival for the main girl is some weak sh*t though.

    Limited production run of 600 and at that ridonkulous price, I’m pretty sure they’d make sure the quality was up to snuff on this. I love FFVI, but I don’t love it enough to fork over well beyond US$10,000. . . . Still, it’d be one hell of a centerpiece to the collection though.
