G'day guys, I just thought I'd drop a few images of my Ninja that I finished last year. It is the first MaK kit in years and went together pretty well except for the large rear tank -

They've got bags to pee in, they'll be fiiiiiine. (They've rotated the ship to get more sun on the urine vent and it seems to be working.) -
@Papa Rat Alaska Base looks fantastic to me! I like my Valks dirty! @Big s ok, thanks for the recommendation, I'll see if I can find that! Over here the shipyard was very busy this morning! 6 more PE stairs, main railings and 3 other microscopic PE parts plus the flag and I think we can call the Texas DONE sooner than later! It's been a journey! Can't wait to get her across the finish line! π

NVIDIA shows Neural Texture Compression cutting VRAM from 6.5GB to 970MB "The easiest example was Neural Texture Compression (NTC) NVIDIA showed its Tuscan Wheels scene dropping from about 6.5GB of VRAM with traditional BCN-compressed textures to 970MB with NTC, while keeping image quality close to the original. The company also said that at the same 970MB memory budget NTC preserved more detail than regular block compression. That kind of optimization means smaller installs, smaller patches, less download bandwidth, and more room for detailed assets on the same GPU." -

It has been described as having 60% more volume than Apollo's command module. It also has 33% more crew, but still a net gain. It has also been described as having the same amount of volume as "two minivans". I am thinking of it as a family of four in a motorhome for two weeks. Also, Apollo did not have a bathroom with a privacy door. Or a toilet. Speaking of: The latest with the toilet is that the urine vent has iced up and it is poop-only. As in I have the live stream open right now and they said it as I was typing. -

Yeah, military flights sucks and probably why its good experience for astronauts. Never been in a KC-135 but did fly from Kodiak to Attu island in Alaska in a Coast Guard C-130 with some island hopping in between yet somehow I still feel like flying economy overseas is worse, lol. -
That 3.0 is a good score. Very intricate. Donβt use lacquers on the ABS parts unless you paint them before assembly. But from what I remember, it doesnβt really need paint and seams are very minimal. if youβve never seen Gundam, Iβd highly highly recommend 08th MS team. Itβs a short side story to the og one year war and doesnβt really have a big connection to the main series, so you wonβt get lost and itβs probably the best looking of the Gundam franchise while also being short, so you donβt have to spend 50 something episodes on the story. Itβs also pretty easy to find streaming since out here itβs on Hulu and a few other spots. Itβs also one of those shorter stories thatβs better and feels more complete than most of the longer ones. Again I canβt stress how highly Iβd recommend that one.

MMC Feral Rex has KO's out there. Not sure this is that as the holes on the shoulder bots are different. Only Predakings I have are the Titan and the reissued G1 Platinum Predaking that came out a few years back.- 9540 replies

Plamax VF-1 Alaska scheme. Just using an unfinished Hasegawa stand for photo purposes. I would like to get a brass rod and make my own stand later. This was a fun one, but think itβs a bit sloppy. π€· donβt mind the dog hair π

Or a fully loaded KC-135 headed for deployment. Bonus, no floor heat, so if you're unlucky enough to be stuck in the jump seats, your lower legs and feet freeze while you overheat from the waist up. A water bottle left on the floor for a long-duration trip will freeze, so it's not the most comfortable flight. I guess the Integrity crew were getting cold in the capsule and they were working on bumping up their heat. That'll be a long ten days if the heater breaks. Jim Lovell and his crew survived with their heat very low to off, so one assumes it's survivable, but with everything else they need to do during the mission, I'd rather they be warm and cozy while doing it. -
Hope you enjoy! Praying that someone scans theirs eventually because of all the previously-inaccessible art of the game Valkyries and such.

Try flying economy from DC to Hong Kong, lol. -
So I went back to Hobby Lobby this morning while the sales are still on and after my gift card and taxes, I paid $5 out of pocket and got these 3! Never watched, know anything about or built anything GUNDAM, but I think this is like the main guy right? Anyway, I KNOW Bandai makes excellent kits and I've heard people say Master Grades are cool so....We'll see what happens! Also a cute little Tamiya 1:35 M-41 WW II US tank and a Revell 1:25 1969 Chevell SS 396 that I'm going to build for my mother in law because she's awesome and she actually HAD a blue one!!! Shame she didn't keep it.... π€£ π€£ π€£
