jenius Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Some nice upgrades in that list. I'll buy one when they're available to ship. Quote
tekering Posted January 14 Posted January 14 "Converts the pilot (not included) into a recon-type robotic unit..." ...like Canti from FLCL? 🤨 Quote

rsvictor1976 Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Is there a good third party stand for the Battle Pod? Quote

Perhaps printed in 3D I saw that on @jenius video, but I was hoping for stand that would support it while it was still standing up. I’m curious, the Battle Pod has been out for a year now, does it still feel stable to stand on its own, or if it’s starting to become wobbly due to all that weight? Quote
wm cheng Posted January 24 Posted January 24 It's totally stable to stand on its own. Maybe not in super one-legged dynamic kicking poses, but the static standing and reverse kneeling for entry its totally stable. My main complaint is all the separate little switches to turn all the lights on and off are a pain, but otherwise a great toy. Quote
varitechs Posted Monday at 07:41 PM Posted Monday at 07:41 PM (edited) Originally there was a display stand (look picture) stand but the product page changed in February 2024 and the stand has disappeared from the description. Edited Monday at 07:41 PM by varitechs Quote
rsvictor1976 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago (edited) I’m late to the party, but I finally got one. Edited 8 hours ago by rsvictor1976 Quote
jenius Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Play with it and let us know your thoughts. After I wrap up my DX GBP I'm probably moving on to the artillery pods. Quote
rsvictor1976 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago (edited) I’m a little surprised. I ordered the regular Battle Pod and I got the Heavy Artillery version instead. I can't say I'm disappointed as I still like the toy. I was planning on getting the artillery variants after i checked out the normal Battle Pod first to see if I liked it. I was also worried that the Heavy Artillery variant would be hard to stand up with the weight of the missiles but I'm happy I was proven wrong. Question, does the Heavy Artillery version come with it’s own instructions or the one for the original Battle Pod? Edited 7 hours ago by rsvictor1976 Quote
