shiroikaze Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 I still say they should go to Atlantis. HIiIiIiIiIiIi EuGiMoN Annnnnnnnnnnnd HooooooooooW ............... Arrrrrrrre YoUUUUUUUUUUUU ToooooooDAY BRooooooooooo .................. Are we speaking in whale now?
Ghost Train Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 (edited) Tillikum the killer whale speaks the language of the streets yo. Now back on topic, talking about Indy reminded me of that TV series about "Young Indy" from a while ago, I really enjoyed watching it. I think the "Beating the Nazis to get Artifact X" angle has pretty much been done to death. Edited March 5, 2010 by Ghost Train
Scream Man Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Didn't the voice actors also do the mo-cap in Uncharted too? Yes indeedy they did
-JP- Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 As much as i loved the indy movies We don't need another indy movie we now have uncharted just hurry with uncharted 3
Vermillion21 Posted March 5, 2010 Author Posted March 5, 2010 (edited) I still say they should go to Atlantis. Agreed. I liked 1 and 3 the best, 2 was ok, but 4 was a mess ... I could barely sit through the movie. Edited March 5, 2010 by Vermillion21
dizman Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Oh please not this madness again, what is left for Indy and son to plunder/save. Maybe this time they will go to the aliens home planet to stop the time nazis from starting world war three with the staff of ra.
Ghost Train Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Time Travel, when all else fails or has been done.
Kelsain Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Oh, I agree with you. I'm just saying... between the monkeys, the horrible stereotypical caricature of generic "south americans", the clumsy and awkward portrayal of early American nuclear naiveté, and the rather blatant use of CGI, the ants were the best part. Point taken. One thing you can say for sure, though: They won't have to worry about living up to expectations!
Keith Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 Didn't want to start a new topic, so I resurrected this one. Indiana Jones on bluray is finally set for this fall, Raiders, Temple, Last Crusade, & Crystal Skull all in one set. Amazon's got it up to pre-order currently at $74.99 http://www.blu-ray.com/news/?id=8283
Roy Focker Posted March 5, 2012 Posted March 5, 2012 I've been waiting for a blu-ray of Raiders. It's not going to be altered like Star wars is it?
reddsun1 Posted March 5, 2012 Posted March 5, 2012 (edited) Another possible movie in the IJ franchise: Harrison Ford Says an Agreement Is in Place for 'Indiana Jones 5' http://insidemovies.moviefone.com/2010/03/...nside-Movies%29 Oh, for the love of.... Edited March 5, 2012 by reddsun1
Dynaman Posted March 5, 2012 Posted March 5, 2012 I'll go see it, can't be worse then the second one. Crystal Skull was not great, but Temple of Doom was a whole movie full of nuked fridge.
UN Spacy Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 IV sucked balls. I'm more interested in seeing Mr. Plinkett's rebuttal.
myk Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 Just make sure that La Douche stays out of it and you've already guaranteed it partial success...
sketchley Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 Just make sure that La Douche stays out of it and you've already guaranteed it partial success... His character wasn't that bad. It was the overuse of CG in the back-half of IV that brought the back half way down. Indiana Jones should go back to its roots: action serials in the 30's and 40's, wasn't it? When CG didn't exist, and every effect was a practical one (hey, isn't that Raiders in a nutshell?)
peter Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 I didn't like IV, and Ladouche really put the nail in the coffin on that one. ] Out of his entire filmography, this is probably his best role: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HEbcYwMvwU
