    Just got back form seeing this... My favorite movie this year. Jeff Bridges was awesome (x2); Olivia Wilde was awesome; the light cycles where awesome; Daft Punk was awesome; Cillian Murphy was awesome for the 90 seconds or so he was actually in the moive; Olivia Wilde's hair was extra awesome. I love this movie, and I NEED me some hot toy's figures from it.

    I think it's kind of meh, to be honest. To be fair I really dislike the mecha from SEED, especially the Strike freedom, but nothing about this one really says "wow, that's cool." The PG strike actually impressed me enough to make me like it on it's own despite not liking the original design at all, but the the Strike freedom is just doing nothing for me.

    not really, I just think it's hilarious that your getting so bent out of shape over him not being able to fix his own messed up face in the context of a property about Giant sentient robots that come from a planet that itself is a giant sentient robot.

    You do realize you're talking about TRANSFORMERS right? I'm glad to see megatron finally gets an actual alt mode, and I do like robot capes. looking forward to seeing a leader class toy. Now I'm wondering what they're going to do with the next leader prime.

    I have a package coming to me through the post office; It's been a week since I got the tracking number for it and it still hasn't updated. Should I be worried now?

    They don't automatically blacklist you. They also say they will if you cancel pre-orders too, but they don't. If you do it constantly they eventually will stop taking orders from you, but they mostly just want you to not make a habit of doing such things

    could someone explain exactly what you guys mean when you say the nosecone can be locked down in battroid mode? I've had my YF-21 since it was first released and I've never been able to get it to consistently lock.

    In all fairness, the only people in the group with ACTUAL military experience where Adrian Brody's character, the girl and the Russian. And of them, the woman was aiming, and the russian had a F*cking mini gun; you couldn't physically hold it above your waist and fire it even if you wanted to. The others where a Mexican cartel enforcer, a Yakuza, a guerrilla fighter and a pair of serial killers. none of them SHOULD have any military training so it's perfectly reasonable for them to be doing stupid stuff like running around hip firing and such. Also, the lack of decent tactics and doing stupid stuff like bunching up and what not can be chocked up to poor communication because they where all from different backgrounds and didn't trust each other. Actually the original is much worse in all these cases. Everyone was running around in the open, spraying ammo from the hip and making no attempts to aim; and all of them where supposed to be highly trained special forces members who have years of experience.

    Eventually. I want it, but seeing as I've basically built the kit once already, I'm in less of a hurry to pick it up (and less willing to pay a premium to have it NOW). basically I'm waiting 'til it comes out so I can get it for the cheapest price.

    I guess I'm kind of lucky that my parents are more than understanding of my collecting habits. in fact I think I can safely blame most of it on my dad. As far back as I can remember my Dad has always been into collecting all manner of things; Sports memorabilia, comic books, trading cards, statues and figures, etc. etc. Growing up we had very little normal art around the house; we had lithographs and framed animation cells, and what more conventional stuff we did have was all traditional Japanese art. as a little kid are weekends consisted of either going to local comic shops or going to card shows at the mall. To this day are garage is filled with boxes of comic books and mint on card action figures. when I started buying toys and figures of my own, pretty much everything was just more anime versions of what my dad had been buying for years so it wasn't every surprising. so basically I'm doomed to the life of an esoteric hobbyist because I come from a line of esoteric hobbyists.

    I've not had any interest in Figma's til now, but I'm really wanting that Michael Jackson. the face on it is so damn creepy, and I'm not talking about the zombie head.
