    Looks great, a nice frankenkit too. I remember the first time seeing it on screen and being super confused. Oddly there were some old orgus toys and kits at the local stores back when hobby shops were in every neighborhood. I would always recognize the design and ask friends if that was the one in Macross. Unfortunately it was before the internet, so it was hard to get a clear picture off the vhs recording we made from Robotech. It wasn’t until a few years later that we found out that it was more of a teaser for Orgus

    Don’t forget the best one, the amazon show, the new season of the Boys. That will be an interesting way to do it since ms Marvel is so kid friendly and the Boys shouldn’t even be watched by teenagers

    The new movies are stupid , but fun. Although a new take on the franchise might be a really good thing. Maybe even something like a higher budget streaming series that like you said, sticks closer to the books.

    I sort of expect a reboot soon after the films that are currently in production get their releases. They’ve pretty much wiped all the shows other than maybe peacemaker. The only new projects that I’ve heard any talk about are the ones that don’t have a real connection to the snyderverse, like the Batman sequel and the second joker film. Honestly I’m not really sure where the Suicide Squad and peacemaker really stand. There are a lot of cut backs from WB after their shift in leadership and the new guy in charge didn’t seem too happy about how things have been going.

    They really seem to be introducing a lot more characters. It’s gonna be a real disappointment to the fans if the rumors of a dc reboot end up true

    Yeah, this show is a mistake for the most part as is any of the stories that are back stories. At least this episode Obi acted like a hero for once. I still think it was odd how many hits those storm troopers took from a lightsaber.

    Ms marvel is definitely more for the kids, but not bad. Definitely took a lot of influence from Scott Pilgrim. The first episode is a pretty long origin episode with no major plot to the series yet. Although the end credits hint at something

    It is kinda weird that just being ok is an improvement, but I’ll take it. Not a lot to complain about and not much to praise either. 2 episodes left and maybe there’s hope.

    That sounds like a really bad idea. Watched the fourth episode and it was kinda ok for the most part, which is better than just another bad episode. Storm trooper armor seems very inconsistent. Sometimes a slap works well and other times it takes several hits with a light saber. I was also a little under the weather and the drunken cameras at the beginning we’re making me feel like I was gonna lose my dinner, but that’s probably not their fault

    Might be good. It’s gonna be tough to do a good sequel. It would probably also have to answer some of the awkwardly ambiguous questions about the first movie that might make the first less interesting

    I’ll probably start my watching with Kenobi since it’ll probably disappoint but I’m hoping to be wrong and then go for Ms marvel in the hopes that it’s gonna be a fun way to end the day.

    I think the only comic I read was shadows of the empire. The only cartoons I watched were the 2d clone wars ones on Cartoon Network and the old droids and Ewoks Saturday morning cartoons. I guess there was also visions and the boba Fett thing in that goofy holiday special. I also have never touched the novel’s, but did look through some source material decades ago that pertained to the table top game. mostly just the live action stuff.

    They didn’t do royal guard because other than look amazing, they only really slowly walked in or out of rooms. Then again it would be pretty hard to ruin their backstory
