I don’t know about the 1/20 kit happening or not, but I have a feeling things will just be a bit simplified between offerings of the companies. Something more like 1/35 Votoms handled by wave and the larger ones by Max factory or 1/72 MaxFactory battroids for the wave 1/72 fighter kits. I know the people that bought into the 1/20 Macross kits would love to see a battroid, but I’m curious about how well those sold. I have a feeling that if it happens, it will be in small numbers. But I guess we’ll see how things go over time.

It senses impending doom, so sensadoomu works

I usually do gloss then decal, then gloss and a quick light sand and if it still shows then just brush a little gloss around the offfending edge and usually the leveling will make the edges disappear. It really doesn’t take that much time, maybe an hour. I then put the kit off to the side and try to forget about it for a couple days. Then I do the weathering.

They did. That’s how the Obi show started. Lots of idiotic characters no one cares about, stupid plot and hope everyone forgives the bad writing by having big fights here and there. Same basic formula -
Are you looking for custom parts or something built from the ground up?
-
Maybe check out some of the folk on Etsy or Shapeways. Project V hobbies sells mostly custom gundam parts to places like USA Gundamstore and other anime related websites for hobbies. What kind of project are you looking for?

I’m still waiting to see how much movement the knees and feet get, but I’m hopeful after seeing the shoulder and torso movement.

Did you put a top coat on the decals after they were applied?

I bet there will be a few dioramas. Some where it’s fallen back into a building and some where it’s fallen forward into a Chinese restaurant/ apartment building
-
After seeing the recent pictures of the 1J I’m even more excited for the 1D. If I could find some in scale buildings to have it smashed into, it would make a great diorama especially with that an crunch

He looks like he’s got some major ptsd.

I usually do the wash after decals and topcoat so the decals get the same weathering and panel lining as the rest of the kit
-
I was looking for other images that might show any landing gear panels and other than one or two black and white line images, I could only find that little panel for the front. The color pictures of the underside didn’t even show the front panel

Those are probably my least favorite Batman and Robin suits. It may be a tie with the follow up films suits. Basically all the Schumacher suits were way too flamboyant

Trooper Eddie is always cool, but I’m more partial to Killers Eddie even though I tend to like Bruce Dickinson stuff a bit more

I really haven’t watched that cartoon, I’ll probably have to check it out one day

The 'Hey look at this really cool model build I saw' post

The major majority of restoration videos are fake, but to be honest I wouldn’t know how to spot them. I’ve seen a few YouTubers that do debunking videos, but to be fair I don’t know if they’re legit themselves
