  1. I don't have a 3d printer, can someone help me get a set? My red one has those shoulders exploded and a swing bar broken.
  2. That said, you want the eyes to be level with each other and in the middle of the chest with the crossbones being off to the side a bit. Not the X being centered with the skull being off a bit.
  3. My brother has all the original stuff. My son was coming up with a turn-based strategy/war game so I wanted to revisit some old classics to get ideas and help him scratch his itch. Dark Wizard on the Sega CD and Iron Storm on Saturn came to mind. Maybe I'll try the Shining Force games next.
  4. What's a good way to play sega cd roms? I want to go on a nostalgia trip.
  5. It's a Hong Kong based company right?
  6. I think he's upset one wing is slightly lower than the other.
  7. That's The 1J, similar to Hikaru's training valk.
  8. No mass production toy has ever been made of the mass production VF-1D paint scheme. There's no reason to think it was a goof or a liberty, it makes sense that there would be mass production 1Ds in the fleet, but since they don't do anything of import, there's not enough demand for toys... I don't even think models have been made of them.
  9. Awesome, thanks for the info and the link.
  10. Thanks for posting these. Are there any references to the Super VF-1S gift-set or the VF-1S +GBP-1S gift-set? I'm curious if those were the last Takatoku releases. Ooh, and I notice you also have the 1990 Bandai Catalog. Does it say the MSRP of the Super VF-1S reissue they did? I'd like to create an info graphic that shows every chunky monkey sold with the year sold and the MSRP. EDIT - I see now the GBP gift-set is included in the pic above. So just TV version was the last one to the party?
  11. @tekering pointed out that they appear to be down-scaled MegaHouse Ride Armors which means parts formers in a few ways... probably some parts that aren't re-used from one mode to the next.
  12. While that looks fun for when the Tread is released, he means the adapter that allows you to connect a Sentinel Legioss to an Aoshima Tread (or Toynami Beta).
  13. Heretics! One does not blaspheme the sacred art!
  14. We did get VF-1A Kakizaki so Max and Hikaru feel like good bets before DYRL Focker. Next TV round could easily be reissue 1J Hikaru, GBP, and TV Kakizaki. 1J Hikaru reissue feels imminent.
  15. Review is finally done!
  16. I wouldn't be so doom and gloom yet. With a preorder only a month away, I'm guessing we'll see a little dip when people start putting in their 1D orders. If a 1J non "launch version" is announced that will also take some heat off all releases as people will see that Bandai will give the latecomers a lifeline. The thought that a DYRL Focker 1S is also possible might also prevent people from ponying up too much.
  17. I'm still pining for the 1/35 VF-1!
  18. I believe it's to mirror modern fighter planes. It would be hilarious if in Bandai's tic SDF TV/toc DYRL cadence the release after the 1D was the DYRL 1S Focker.
  19. It seems to make a lot of sense they would do that... but the license is stale and they're releasing Macross products at a trickle so the magic 8 ball is hazy.
  20. It's calculating sales tax for me in california. It drops the Japan tax but adds the state tax which is almost a wash... Too rich for my blood right now.
  21. Negative, though some sweet customs were made
  22. I randomly checked Amiami earlier and it was listed as "preorder closed". I checked again just now and it's "orders closed". Not sure to read too much into that but I suspect if any pop up there it will be from people who cancel at the last minute.
  23. Wow that's amazing. I can't believe you were able to get it to stand without a support! Really impressive stuff.
  24. HLJ notified me that mine's ready to ship overnight... not sure that means anything though.
