  1. Yeah Siege Jetfire looks like a cool figure, but it damn sho aint no FT Phoenix. Two different scales for different audiences. Siege is no MP, Phoenix absolutely is, and I maintain he's one of the finest MP figures ever made, even surpassing many, many official MP figures.
  2. Keep your eye on this link on BigBadToyStore, they haven't gotten in the US Bluefin stock yet, I've seen Broly go on and off of pre-order for the last few days or so. https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/84451
  3. Got some stuff in from HLJ. Love the 1D, no real complaints, Captain Marvel is a bit meh, but Broly and Gogeta are fantastic! Love these guys, highly recommended, just like the DB Super Broly movie, I'm 12 and still love Dragon Ball, come at me.
  4. Mezco doesn't really do re-releases for their figures do they? The Flash was awesome, him and Zoom/Reverse Flash are still two of my favorite One:12 figures. Supes caught some flack for being fairly different from promos, but I still like him, he's a solid 1/12 classic-style Superman. I've read KOs for these things aren't too terrible, if you want them, maybe look into KO Flash and Supes. I saw a review for Punisher and it's definitely a KO, but the price was okay.
  5. I'm in for one, he looks like a fine addition to the big six. I'm glad Mezco is doing this guy, and their own original Wonder Woman as well. I didn't want Mezco movie Justice League figures, I wanted a JL made up of their original takes on these DC characters, the movie versions don't do much for me.
  6. This too. People are shitfrakks, and like the Joker, some just want to watch the world burn. I'm avoiding all forums except this one, people are being dicks and posting screen caps and text spoilers on random sites, in random articles, about random unrelated topics. Stay vigilant people.
  7. So I downloaded the new World War Z game, based on the Pitt film, it has nothing to do with the original book, and honestly, it's pretty damn good. Like everyone else has said, it's third person Left 4 Dead, which isn't a bad thing IMO. Special zombies are identical, there's four missions broken down into separate chapters, melee weapons, med packs for healing, you deal with a horde instead of individual zombies for the most part, it's unabashedly copying Left 4 Dead, but once again, not necessarily a bad thing. There's little chance LFD3 will happen, and this game really feels like a somewhat spiritual successor, so I recommend it. Also, at only $40 on console, and even cheaper on PC, it's priced accordingly. There's PVP as well, but no option to play as infected like Left 4 Dead, the PVP is nothing special but it works. I've been having a lot of fun in the coop campaign, four player, and each campaign takes place in a different country to try to drive home the WORLD part of World War Z.
  8. This. There are officially MASSIVE leaks out in the wild from late in the film, VERY spoiler heavy. I've avoided everything myself but will go into internet lock down for the next few days just in case, we're only a few days out now and I will not have anything ruined by some dipshit on the internet.
  9. Yeah kinda this too, "woke" gets thrown around too often these days and has almost zero real meaning behind it, it's a blanket complaint with no real focus. The game is still as MK as it has ever been, and as someone who quite religiously plays every MK game, these are the fighting games I enjoy and play, I've seen zero evidence it is any less MK, or any more "woke" or any other dumb nonsense then any previous game.
  10. When the game was announced it was announced along with it, and highlighted that, there are no micro-transactions of any kind, and the game is story driven single player only, no multiplayer of any kind. So yeah, none of that nonsense thankfully.
  11. HMR would be neat, but yeah, those Side Labor releases have been pretty damn fantastic IMO. I sold my 1/24 Yamato Ingram unit 1 and 2 long ago, command car as well, for a mere fraction of what they go for now. I did keep that sweet, sweet USA/American blue colored one though, I'll probably never let that thing go :).
  12. Really? I could've sworn the other night when I saw Ronin, and the MK85 wasn't available again yet, the price was somewhere around 8,600yen. I guess I've just gotta bite before it goes up further.
  13. Looks like NY has Endgame stuff back up again, oh look MK85 available again, with yet another markup. Stay classy NY, you frakks. https://www.nippon-yasan.com/search.php?orderby=position&orderway=desc&search_query=endgame&submit_search=Search
  14. I missed out, sucks too because I was on NY just last night, they had Ronin back up for PO and nobody else, I figured it would be a waste to only PO one figure so I passed. Had I seen Widow or MK85 I would've definitely placed an order though. Bummer, that MK85 keeps going up too.
  15. I guess I never actually looked up the years the term actually covers, I always thought the starting year was way after 81. Makes a bit more sense to me now, thanks for the quick clarification gents. Gotta be wary then, not many of those work out too tell. Look at Super Troopers 2, and Dumb and Dumber 2, etc. I have hopes for Bill and Ted's return but we'll see...
  16. Way too early to be talking about a V3, the V2 just barely came out last week and over the weekend. There was never any talk of battle damage parts or extras to that extent, a new head is one thing, entire extra parts like that would be way too much to add, and would be a bit insulting to early adopters. I also read the backs of the knees for V2 are molded blue plastic instead of metal like the V1, so the V2 is slightly lighter then the V1 as well. And yes, some on TFW2005 have found there are more ratchet teeth in the V2, but it doesn't seem to add any extra articulation of any kind, the extra ratchet teeth appear to just be a piece of mind thing.
  17. What do millennials have to do with anything? Also, the first Rush Hour came out in 1998, so yeah, obviously we do. I had a two pack of the first two films on VHS. The third was entirely forgettable.
  18. Lol that's the first thing that I thought of. Didn't EVERY villain in that movie have near magical combining super robots made from, like, buildings and castles and stuff?
  19. I saw it last weekend at an early screening I got tickets to at town square, and honestly, I really, really liked it. It was pretty hilarious, and quite touching and heart warming, it has a very positive message overall about kids, and family. I'm waiting on more people to finally see it so I can discuss a certain "cameo", if you can call it that, and how it was handled and what it means for the future of the DC shared universe. These stand alone movies in general have been pretty fantastic, I think Justice League did far more damage overall then WB probably realizes, there's plenty of folks like you, and until not long ago myself, that were polarized by just how bad and unfun that film was. Same with BvS, what a terrible way to start a connected DC film universe.
  20. I figured it would be pay later but I didn't see the option, I also didn't make an account and essentially checked out as a guest. Paypal is usually pay up front but I just whipped out a CC and paid. BBTS and most sites DO charge later, but maybe Endgame Thanos is a different story for a lot of sites due to it's popularity, or there is no pay later for that site in general, not too sure, I've never ordered from them. Glad I got one locked down either way, maybe since it's a Google store or whatever they don't offer pay later? Agreed though, I'll be keeping my eyes peeled on more sites to have pre-orders up, especially that MK85.
  21. Thank you for the link, I nabbed a Thanos from them. Every step through checking out it let's you know how long your order reserve will be held for, also, it said the item I was purchasing is selling out soon, so yeah, I got lucky. Pay up front, but whatever, it's US retail, I'm more then happy to pay up front instead of paying much more later. I just gotta keep my eyes open for MK85, Ronin, and if I see her, Widow.
  22. I got that sweet, sweet nostalgia driven Steamboat Willie set on the way. looks good. Yeah, once again, a few compromises were made from the original set, but I still think Lego did a damn fine job with it overall, the "black and white" look is pretty neat.
  23. Yeah I liked the original head, but this new one is pretty damn great too. I love the grey on the face plate, the new head is very much Transformers the Movie, it looks pretty fantastic. Also, I saw the backs of the knees are no longer silver, they molded or painted them into a matching blue from the rest of the figure. The knees were never an issue for me, I honestly never even noticed the backs were silver, but that's cool they already made slight upgrades from the V1. Kind of shitty but TF-Direct informed me I can get the new head, but will have to add something around $10 to the order with it to cover shipping. I figured completely free, shipping included, would be too good to be true, I mean it's not on TF-Direct to eat that cost, but still. I guess I'll add a few dry rub decals or something so I can get my new TE-01 head.
  24. Yeah I already replied to you above, they are LONG gone, and no, I didn't get crap from them, everything sold out within five minutes of going up, it's crazy. At this point I'd settle for just Ronin, Thanos, and the new Ironman figure, I don't need another Widow, Cap or Ant-Man, even though I like the Paul Rudd head, and Widow is a new mold. I fear I may have to just buy up a Thanos off Ebay, and then hope and prey there's more stock of the others when they actually come out. At minimum I NEED that new Thanos, if I can only get one figure from the Endgame line, it will be him.
  25. Yeah I meant Justice League film universe Flash, Ezra Miller, as no3Ljm pointed out, he's supposedly already done with the role, and dropped out of the now in longtime production hell Flash solo movie. So the DC shared film universe is down two of it's big six from the Justice League, that's crazy. Also, I've gotta wonder if WB and Ezra lost interest because it was rumored WB was trying to force a Crisis storyline into the Flash solo movie, with very little having gone down in this connected universe yet, that sounded like a bad idea, and nothing more then a way to shake up casting with all the drop outs. Also though, CW-DC is doing their own take on Crisis for the big crossover later this year, you've gotta wonder how embarrassing it would be if they did the story better, on a budget that would be a mere fraction of what WB would throw at the big movie. I do believe so, yes, which I really loved.
