    Damn this was terrible, count me in as another person that got up at midnight, had three different sites up, and didn't get a single god damn VF-4. Honestly, I'm about to call it quits with Macross, almost every line Macross related gets like this, destroids and stuff were fine, but this is bullshit and I'm about done caring about getting anything else in the line. HLJ and AmiAmi both have absolute garbage sites now, both crashed while I had what I wanted in my cart, when they finally get their crap together my cart is filled with out of stock items, great. I'm not using AE and I'm not using NY so I guess I can try to wait until the stupid thing releases to try and get one, if I don't, I can care less at this point, I played their stupid bullshit midnight madness game and still got nothing. FiginStock kind of helped when it came to trying to nab a pre-order after the initial date, but they're gone so everyone is left to hoping they are on this site the moment someone mentions a PO is open.

    Unfortunately agreed on Bucky, after all this wait for his figuarts it's very disappointing. No double knee joint, barely holds his gun, he can only hold his gun with one hand. Also agreed on MKVII though, Bandai really kills Tony's armors, I just need MKI and my hall of armor is complete.

    Wow those door "wings" in bot mode are totally inaccurate. Did Hasbro not get the final design before they started on this? Prime and the first Bee MPM looked better, but they're still BayFormers, so bad in general :).

    This is the guy that directed the IT remake right? I like that. Also, it really can't get much worse then the two Toho films, those were terribad, some cool effects and occasional action scenes aside.

    Honestly, it's a bit slow. Pacing wise only the first few hours, but I mean animations, some of them are literally too slow for my liking. Other then that, pretty damn brilliant, I'm hooked on hunting and fishing.

    I was trying to put Rockstar and this game on a pedestal, I thought I made that point clear but then you agreed multiple times so now you seem to get it. That's just how I feel about this studio and their games, that's it. The reviews agree, no cherry picked reviews or puff pieces, as usual nearly all of them. And as usual, there's a few that didn't feel as strongly, massively outweighed by the positive reviews, if you're simply looking for a more negative review to apparently get more balance, they exist.

    This is my worry, there will be a better Cable repaint at some point down the line. My other worry is that I cancel the currently announced Cable, then we do get another nicer repaint, but it's a Mezco site exclusive and it's gone before I even see pics, and then I cancelled my regular release and it's sold out then I get no Cable :(.

    Ugh, I have to get X-Transbots Skids don't I? I never planned to, but he looks really, really good, X-Transbots has been on a roll lately, they've climbed WAY up on my list of quality third party TF companies. The face looks a bit meh, but it also looks quite easy to touch up, I mean the face itself looks good, it's just the mouth isn't very cleanly defined.

    I read a rumor that Red Dead 2 and possibly a shiny new port of Red Dead 1 could come to PC, but take all that with a grain of salt. GTA V sold like crazy on Steam in it's first few months after release, if Rockstar wants more sales they'll do it, even if they wait a year like GTA V, more sales is more sales.

    No offense but you are in an extreme minority for not, and I'll probably just leave it at that, nothing wrong with that, just an observation, not every game is going to be for everyone no matter how highly praised. Yes, these games are that special, and yes, Rockstar is as well. If you don't like their games or don't think they're anything special that's perfectly fine, but you'd be a fool to not be able to admit and recognize or admire the insane amount of work and love that go into their games. As I said, no other gaming studio really compares. Reviews are there for a reason, and anyone can look up how overwhelmingly positive they are, and always have been for Rockstar's games. Those reviews exist to inform people, and inform they do, are we to not take them into account or recognize the overwhelmingly positive take everyone has on their games? Why not mention the reviews? It makes little sense to not bring up that they are universally praised games. Maybe I went a bit overboard at david, but I detected zero sarcasm, and regret and apologize for nothing, my comment wasn't over the top or offensive in any way, I was just baffled. Anyone that has been gaming for the last several decades is aware or Rockstar and what they do and make. Once again, if you're not a fan so be it, but what they do for the industry and gaming with their games truly is revolutionary and their ability to make incredible, detailed game worlds is simply unrivaled.

    No offense but are you seriously asking this? It's a Rockstar game, it's getting universal praise, like every Rockstar game before it, and it's cleaning up in reviews. It's being called, like every Rockstar game before, a revolutionary gaming experience. Have you not heard of Rockstar or ever played a Rockstar game before? Why not just actually read some of the 10/10 and 5/5 reviews it's getting, the game just released and Metacritic hasn't had a chance to update it and bump it to 96-98 where it should land. I'm a bit baffled at the lack of awareness for this game in this comment section, I almost feel like I'm taking crazy pills. It's Red Dead 2, it's Rockstar, that's all that really needs to be said. It's a 10/10 obviously.

    It's all about the polish and level of detail, no other studio making open world games comes even remotely close to what Rockstar achieves. Every new Rockstar games moves the open world/sandbox genre forward, revolutionizing, and proving what is possible in these massive games. Red Dead was, for the most part, far more grounded then GTA, which is usually tongue in cheek, over the top, and basically a parody. Red Dead had, without spoiling things, a truly incredible story, with one of the most incredible endings a game has ever achieved in history. The gameplay was astounding as well, Euphoria took the game to another level, physics on everything, it wasn't just a shooter, it was a physics driven shooter. The game allowed for more possibilities then just spraying at center mass, everything reacts realistically, you could take consideration into WHERE and HOW you wanted to shoot. The story allowed for you to be a good guy, or an old fashioned bad guy. There's just so many intertwining mechanics at play that never trip over each other, they always compliment each other. Everything combined together makes for what comes off as a truly alive, open world. There's a reason Rockstar refers to their open world games as Rockstar world games, it's not hubris, they are truly just so far ahead of the competition nobody else can compare. Open world games aside, the level of detail and polish just goes so far beyond many, many other games and genres. With these game worlds being so massive, you can't help but feel you are playing something truly special, so much detail and polish, they outshine other games that try to do one or two things Rockstar games accomplish while including so many other mechanics and types of gameplay. Every Rockstar game feels like several games in one, they're massive, but no detail is lost, they earn their 10s, and continuously push the industry itself forward with what is possible.

    Ugh, I just saw this, and you beat me to post it. They also need to put the non visored head and those sweet, sweet yellow trunks on the standard release, that would make that one nearly perfect.

    Not at all, there's still several VF-1 I feel are needed for most folks collections. As mentioned the VF-1D, we need TV 1A Kaki and Max, a re-release in Hi-Metal R form of the whole DYRL Skull Squadron would be nice. I have the old regular Hi-Metal DYRL Skull Squadron box set, but that's pretty old and hard to find.

    Yes it's another valkyrie, but not a VF-1, it's the damn VF-4, who can complain about that? Yeah I'd love to see more destroids and Zen units, but this is the damn VF-4! I'm in for three.

    I feel a pinch dirty, but I just ordered the Lepin UCS Millenium Falcon. I ordered the slightly cheaper option that doesn't come with the replicated official box that says Star Plan on it instead, I'll just be getting in a cardboard box that weighs 15lbs. and is filled with Lepin pieces in numbered bags. That said, apparently sorting through everything is a pain, especially attempting to sort bags 6 and 9, I guess they aren't underlined in any way so they're easy to mix up.

    Thankfully since War Machine comes with a stand the price was high enough to not have to tack on another accessory, so yes indeed, ordered at BBTS. Looking at my pre-orders, Figuarts Falcon was the same way, expensive enough to not come with a necessary accessory. It seems the smaller, $40-50 Figuarts are doomed to always come with an accessory, meanwhile the bigger, more elaborate figures are pricey enough to release as-is. I can deal with that. I think Ant-Man from Ant-Man and The Wasp is the only "smaller" Marvel Figuarts release I am getting the Bluefin release for, that ant accessory is all kinds of bad ass. None of the other accessories for the other smaller figures have interested me, repaints of effects pieces never really do anything for me. I can admit the wall sections that came with Figuarts Spidey were kind of cool though, but the explosions and other effects from other releases were meh.

    What? Of course Bluefin will bring this War Machine over, I said in my first sentence that you replied to that I'll wait for that release. Also, IW Thor, so not every IW release. I'm wondering if this new War Machine is expensive enough for Bluefin to release him roughly around that TWE price. IW Hulk was like that, no extra accessory, but he also isn't a TWE item.

    Oh boy, my Xbox One X is ready, this game looks incredible! Rockstar always ups their own game when it comes to open world, to the point that the term "Rockstar World" does indeed seem more fitting then just open world. I don't even know as far as a PC release for this goes. the first Red Dead Redemption never got one, but GTA V, eventually, did. Gotta wonder if Rockstar will bother again with this release, I know seeing all the pirated copies of GTA V for PC probably made them pretty pissed.

    TWE items have been pay up front for quite a while now, this isn't anything new. As Mommar said, I'll just wait for the Bluefin release with BBTS, he'll come with a stand too. Oddly enough, it seems Bluefin isn't doing any Revenge of the Sith Obi-Wan for US release, that seems Japan only even though it isn't TWE and wasn't listed as Japan only. Dooku is TWE, and Japan only, and his price reflects that, like with Infinity War Thor, on BBTS. I find it odd that Dooku is on BBTS, for the massive Japan only mark up, but once again, no signs of Revenge of the Sith Obi-Wan, who is a regular release, but could also be suffering from that rumored smaller production run.

    I'd wager Colleen and Misty will get a Daughter's of the Dragon series, and ol' Danny will be folded into new seasons of Luke Cage. I could even see them changing the title to Heroes for Hire, just featuring both stars. Bummer IMO, Iron Fist season 2 was pretty fantastic, and a HUGE step up from season 1, I enjoyed season 2 more then season 2 of Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, or the entirety of Defenders. Oh well, can't wait to see the Man Without Fear take on Bullseye this Friday! Oh, and the return of Fisk...

    I don't get it? As if Bandai or Arcadia could do better? It's a Bayformer design, good luck doing any better. The alt modes are real, the bot modes are always a mess of parts and kibble, there's only so much that can be done. Undersides on Transformers are ALWAYS rough, even on Takara's MP line, look at the bottom of MP Sunstreaker, it's a mess, because it's a Transformer, and that's G1, an even more streamlined design than Bay's Blackout.
