    I was counting up my kits for year...I'm at about 10! Let's see... 1:72 Darth Vader Tie 1:200 Bandai Macross Monster 1:72ish (Closer to 1:60 IMHO) Resin Tie Bomber Kit 1:48 Moscato Resin Invid Royal Command Battaloid 1:48 Bandai AT-ST 1:12 Bandai Sandtrooper, Stormtrooper, C3PO, R2D2 and R5D4, and of course the big a** toy Falcon custom conversion ....I'd say that was a pretty good year!

    Another 1/12 Bandai kit has been added to the ranks.. normal Stormtrooper. Up next.. First Order Stormtrooper! Also decided to go back and do some more weathering on Mr. Chicken Walker.. he wasn't battle worn enough for me, Along with doing a dark dirt wash and scrub down of my 1:72 Darth Tie. Sorry for the sideways pics!

    I feel that if I could find IMAX 2D it would be the best for TFA. The sound in IMAX is worth the price. That being said, I would like to hear one of the new Dolby ATMOS theaters. I'm just not a fan of 3D IMAX -- (except for Gravity---THAT was badass!)

    After the 3rd movie watching --- I decided to pickup the 1/12 Bandai First Order Stormtrooper/BB-8-R2D2 kit and the 1/72 First Order Tie Fighter from Japan. They're on the way!

    Got my first ever 1/6 Hot Toys figure in yesterday. Mr. Vader himself. Pre ordered EXACLTY one year ago today...it's been a long time coming... and it was worth it!!! The Lightsaber lights up with LED along with the belt pack lights and he has sound inside along with a remote control. The sound is really good. Great catch phrases. Putting all the batts in was a royal pain. It has a total of like 15 tiny watch batteries you have to install. The MOST annoying thing however is the switch to activate the "talking mode" is under neath ALL the garments on the lower back of the figure and shuts off after 15 minutes of no activity and HAS TO BE FLIPPED ON/OFF before he will talk again. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? More info later. Sorry for the sideways pics.

    I was wondering about that bin of whatever the ashes were as well. Didn't occur to me that is could have been Vader's ashes. It's so quick.

    I'm going to be watching the Rey "flashback/dream" sequence very carefully tomorrow night, there's a LOT of questions that are in that very quick scene. Also, I want to know more about The "Knights of Ren" that someone mentions in the film. Can't remember who.

    Got a shipping notification for my first ever Hot Toys...The 1/6 New Hope Vader. Been waiting for a year. Pretty excited for this!

    The one duel in the prequels that is better for me is one of the shortest but also perhaps the most interesting. The Anakin vs Dooku in Ep 2 right before Yoda shows up. If you watch it, it's like Anakin is mimicking Dooku before Dooku does his move. It's pretty cool, especially after it goes into complete darkness. I read somewhere it was shot to be longer, but was edited down. I also like the ObiWan vs Maul after Liam Neeson gets it. Those two guys were definitely goin at it fast, lots of rehearsals, and it showed.

    Yes...pretty much how it went. I took pity on him after he took it to the only local hobby shop and the told him yes, they could do it, but then a week later said they couldn't be bothered. I thought that was fairly sh*tty of them so I told him I would have a go at it. Delivered it yesterday and his kids eyes lit up and their jaws hit the floor. Definitely a good moment for me. Now he just needs to pay me..LOL.

    I'll go along with that. It was also cool that it was kind of like "my first lightsaber duel", no one was really good, just angry and driven.

    Just sitting over here waiting for someone to give the legs a good yank and see the resulting pics..... I wouldn't mind having the Roy..but NOT until I hear about 100% QC on the leg issue when I'm dropping this kind of coin.
