  1. Wife and I watched most of it, she got bored and wanted to leave. I didn't care enough to see the end that I made her stay. So we left about 90 minutes in. So not exactly a ringing endorsement.
  2. I've given up caring who is Batman. The ONLY really important question is what the Batmobile looks like.
  3. Quite a few of them featuring way more conference scenes discussing how to beat Godzilla then monster action. Only real exception I can think of off the top of my head is the one where Godzilla had a son and they went to the island for the monster face off, and well, that one stunk bad.
  4. I finally finished watching Ultraman on Netflix and it wasn't bad. Not great but not bad. I wish it had giant monsters still but understand the switch to human sized ones instead. They left it with a setup for a second season and I'll watch that too if there is one.
  5. Rambo: Soul Train (I've been waiting a while to find a spot to link this vid...)
  6. Wait - I thought ST:P was about Picard in section 31. His growing wine actually sounds better.
  7. On the bright side, they toned down the teeth in this one.
  8. The rebels saying it was a counselors ship and they had nothing to do with the plans is like Puss in Boots saying the catnip wasn't his. They could have changed the scene so the data was being transmitted to Leia's ship without the ship being near the battle, and they should have.
  9. Was it this thread where the Star Wars Hiatus was discussed? At any rate we now know how long said hiatus will last - three years. Unless they change their mind of course. https://www.cnn.com/2019/05/07/media/disney-star-wars-avatar-movie-release/index.html
  10. On the plus side they are still cranking out new material(*) while MtF seems to be on hiatus again - where I think it left off last time too. (*) - New material, not necessarily good material.
  11. That was epic. I say that having had toys that were just as disappointing... I also fully remember the Evil Knevil craze - but the EK zip toy actually did move really fast since it was one of those zip wheel toys.
  12. 74 was too young by far. Thank you for turning me from a scifi hater to a scifi fanatic.
  13. I'd say he was at his worst in Jedi by trying to save his daddy. Only plot protection saves his rear in that one. And yeah, Luke really really really did learn quite well from both Yoda and Obi-Won. With role models like that what would we expect him to do?
  14. I thought it was the most disappointing battle episode of the entire show. For the most part the cinematography had all the appeal of a Michael Bay Transformers movie. An exception for the end of the fight, absolutely badass.
  15. And yet they all have massive crews constantly needing to fix one darn thing after another.
  16. I must be the odd man out. This sounds like the worst idea I've heard in a long time. They might as well go all out and make Wesley the captain...
  17. That looks great but Luke seems to be just a little intense. Maybe they are just pulling up to the Stormtrooper stop.
