    Well, that basically defines all secondary canon, doesn't it? 😇 Official "mook" sources like the Macross Master Files are full of such extrapolation, even if it may occasionally contradict what was inconsistently depicted in the original animation (or vintage promotional art). This is a distinction best applied to terrestrial installations, rather than units assigned to operations in space (where the "aerial" classification is less significant). Thus, Destroids assigned to the SDF-1 may sport the traditional UN Spacy roundels, whereas those assigned to Earth bases would have the reverse-color roundels.

    I can't imagine what this movie will have that makes it "Matchbox". Cars are just cars. I have literally seen this exact movie 10 times in the last 4 years.

    If you do. Get it from gundamit.com. I got it for 116.65 total .free shipping by boat. Took about 2 weeks to get. It's a little bit more now and can put on your notify list when it's back in stock. I have the 1/12 jazzinc which cost me $450 without the add-ons and less features. So I think this model is a great deal.

    hmm. Sounds like later fan-fiction to justify some of the earlier box-arts like whoever did Nichimo's. I mean, the Nichimo Armored-Roy and Armored-Max VF1 are not really quite official mechs in both TV and DYRL...

    Got a few more things cooking. I think 4 builds are in the mix. Finally got my first resin kit degreasing and 3 plastic kits in various stages of completion. the Terror Mirage is waiting on paint to arrive, the KOG 7777 has only been test fit and the newest addition is the Wave 1/144 LED Colus. Man I love these Wave kits. Really fun to build.

    Yes, I read it somewhere in a translated Japanese text. Maybe @tekering could google it! But I read that the Destroids were all considered ground units and had a different U.N. SPACY logo's distinguishing the from Aireal units like the VF-1's but with the GBP they where considered ground units! The original Destroid Monster Line Art never showed the U.N. SPACY kite on the right leg it was actually covered up by the arm, so sometimes you see models with both coloured Kite Logos although it should have it white circle with red kite

    The one thing to note is that it seems all of Mandarake shops only offer DHL shipping nowadays. At least for US-destinations. In addition to the exhorbitant DHL shipping-fees nowadays, you may also still get hit with the additional T-Virus fees separately.

    Now I'm interested where you got that information. Is that "Ariel unit" "ground units" etc in the official mook or something? The original line-art and anime (tv/dyrl) didn't even have the kite at all.

    What's are you complaining about? 🤔 Looks fine with me !? They are Ariel units, not ground units which have the reverse colour kite!.... The only ones who screwed it up from the original designer drawing was Takatoku!
