    I got mine directly from D4Toys and yes, it got stuck in customs for days..... I had to literally call FedEx few times and be on the phone explaining what it was...then few more days later it got released. Not to mention there will be a tariff bill from FedEx...all in all...it is going to take rougly 3 weeks from purchase to arrival..

    I know the spotlight is on the XTB vs FT Devastator drama, but let's not forget that MMC is still in this fight. And one of their reps was showing the latest prototypes... Now, the flat green foot with the toe stub on the Mixmaster leg is cartoon accurate... but it's perhaps too accurate. We do have confirmation that you do NOT need to transform it that way. I did really like XTB's Scrapper (FT's wasn't bad in a vacuum, but definitely less good in my book). But I'm thinking this is the set I'm going to go all-in on.

    Much respect and appreciation to artists such as Mark Watts, Jeffrey Mangiat, Richard Marcej, and David Schleinkofer who contributed to the G1 box art. I especially loved the battle scenes on the back.

    Very nice! I hear the Japanese market is also going to get a set with the Insecticons. If the deco on them is more cartoon-accurate (solid black arms on Bombshell, no black hips on Bombshell, purple hands and biceps on Shrapnel) I'd be tempted to import.

    MOD REMINDER 1) Maximum uploads of 3 pictures of a toy even if you bought two. That means if you bought DC Batman you can post a combination of boxed and opened pics of up to three here. Anymore than three will get the post deleted. If you bought another copy of the same DC Batman toy that does not constitute as a different toy and does not earn you three new photos. The moderation team considers that spamming and will be deleted. Text link to an external photo gallery if you have more than three pictures to share. 2) Image size: Height maximum per toy will now be set to 2400pixels for 3 pictures combined. That means one high resolution picture at 2400pixels or three decent resolution picture of 800pixels each.

    That’s probably the best way to watch the movie. Definitely don’t try and watch it seriously, because it’s pretty bad. But there’s bits here and there that are kinda interesting. Jack Palance is always great to see, but a little weird here with the britishy accent. He is however the best actor in the movie although he’s like 50 years older than his younger brother. I’ll have to try and find the rifftrax version, I didn’t think to search for that and watched to regular version.

    I still like to think of KK as the sith behind green lighting what the writers are allowed to produce. She's always pulling the strings from the shadows.. All hating aside. I'm looking forward to another go at it. Hopefully something interesting. Clearly they're steering away from known territory , so as not to invoke overly long negative analyses from fans and haters alike .

    I don't recall but others surely do. I'm guessing a $100 bucks less than evilbay. Unfortunately we're now banned from the land of the rising sun, so Mandrake is probably not an option. Hopefully a fellow MW'er will hear you song and sell you one

    You'll need to take the time to sand off all those layer lines, especially that rough lip along the chest. 😣 Man, DLP printers are no good for miniatures. 🤨 I hope that didn't cost you much! 😅

Look what just arrived on my doorstep: A beautiful slipcase reveals a stylish cardboard box inside... ...with the contents neatly arranged in the blister within. This is how these figures have been released for the Japanese market. The set cost ¥10,000 shipped from Amazon.jp. 👌

    Can't argue there but the machine gun crossbow and Elf archer with the deadpan delivery (is that genius acting or REALLY BAD acting). makes the show. Or was it Jack Palance chewing up the scenario, the script, and everything else the draw? Or perhaps the dialog between the dwarf and giant? Rifftrax does a riff on this one, so that adds to the fun too.

    I'm guessing the ToyRise line for Votoms is going to be a refreshed, hopefully 100% assembled, version of the Actic Gear line. I'd probably wait and see what they're going to be like. No question Hi-Metal R is amazing but it's always going to be an investment compared to the much smaller Actic Gear or ToyRise lines. The benefit of cheap Votoms toys is battle buidling... it'd be fun to have 3 Turbo Customs going up against several Bloodsuckers... but no way I'm doing that in Hi-Metal R.
