"He-Man and Masters of the Universe" Film by Sony
Big s replied to Mazinger's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Bumble Bee is the only one of those movies that really holds up. As far as good storytelling, that’s where most franchises fail. Marvel, Star Wars, DC and quite a few others need to start with hiring good writers before greenlighting projects. You can get away with bad effects if the story is good. let’s hope the story here is gonna be good, because that will be the thing that gets me into the theater -
For me it’s the space and the cash. I’d love to build it, but nowhere to put it and the thing costs way too much money

That’s not much better than a junkie leaving their kid with a relative so they can get another fix

I've got the Big Mac Bot and the Fry Bot. I think I'm the original owner of the Big Mac(and just the Big Mac), but not sure. Did not expect McDonalds to reintroduce their not-transformers in AD 2026.- 9445 replies

Ox Cart Prime has a trailer! About frickin' time they remembered to include one! ... I demand Hasbro pay me royalties for stealing my idea to integrate the trailer into the robot.- 18010 replies

Maybe you might want to read a bit more carefully? After all, the question being answered was "Why have something as off-brand for Starfleet as a War College?"

I had one of the fries but was more of a dinosaur or something, the chicken nuggets, the big mac, the icecream cone and the shake. I would def like to try and get them again, I don't think I have them anymore. These and the Mac at Night figures were found memories for me back then.- 9445 replies

UPDATE: Slapped together the Naboo fighter from Star Wars: Then I got to thinking about it: what if I really made this something unique? SO, I took it back apart and stripped the chrome off the parts: Then I got to work: Still needs work (paint to cover the "clown colors, etc.); not sure which franchise I'm leaning towards, but I'd like to aim for Star Trek with this. LD Stay Tuned...

No, I'm not overthinking it. I just explained why that real world term they obviously did not bother to look up before using it in the story is wrong. 😉 Then I did a little bit of theorizing about what narrative purpose this never-before-seen-or-mentioned second Starfleet service academy is meant to serve. Back before the Kurtzman years, Star Trek used to have a fairly robust research team whose job it was to prevent issues like that by checking terminology, making sure that science in the series aligned to real world science as much as possible, etc. Their absence is keenly felt in this new Trek era.

Man, I hate this three waves a year crap. I went from needing a spreadsheet to keep track of all my preorders down to just a few Pulse exclusives. Used to be preorders for the next wave would start popping up around the time the current one hit shelves. Well, if you're wondering when we might be hearing some news, I'm told that there will be big Studio Series and Age of the Primes reveals at the New York Toy Fair, and preorders will happen on February 17th.- 18010 replies

A good review of PGU Nu Gundam, overall it's pretty impressive. As a big fan of Nu Gundam, it hurts to say that I'm going to give it a pass for now. I just don't seem to have the time, energy or patience, not to mention space for this type of stuff anymore.

And that is why Bumblebee is the best of the Transformers movies and, IMO, the only real one. Honor the source material (though you don't have to be strict about it adherence) and concentrate on a good story. It's a simple formula that people still mess up. -
She left him with an extremely protective 'uncle,' so in that she was alright. And, as I understand it, this movie is going to be about her getting beyond the pain of her past.

Uhh no.. After playing with the 25F Armored, I never brought this Famima variant out of Fighter, as the handling in Gerwalk & Battroid is pretty atrocious lol. We can see how it looks like in these modes though from our favorite reviewer:

I'm thinking your overthinking it. Some writer heard the term War College, thought it meant college, and threw it in.
