    I bought one of these because I was very curious and just got it in a few days ago: Pros: -very solid, high-quality feel to the materials (mostly). -great poseability in Battroid mode -some interesting design choices that make the figure feel dynamic Cons: -Barely anything tabs together in Gerwalk or fighter mode, and what does uses very shallow, tiny tabs that will likely break after time -Impossible to get it aligned in fighter mode, even after finagling and massaging it for nearly an hour -Fake chest inserts for Battroid, and also a fake upper/shoulder insert. I hate parts-forming, so this was annoying. Head just floats, doesn't peg to anything without the insert -Floating waist, die cast hips don't connect to the nose cone -Broke off one of the antennae when trying to adjust the legs in fighter mode, the head doesn't really feel like it sits anywhere properly in any mode -Standard fist that can fold into the arm doesn't have a hole for the rifle, so parts-swapping is necessary when not in fighter-mode Honestly if this thing was $100 less, i'd be ok with it, but as it stands it isn't quite as solid and "toyetic" as I was hoping for.

    It was the YF-22, not the F-22... from 1990 to 1997, when the production F-22 was unveiled and officially named "Raptor".

    Yeah, her character's flippant and often silly behavior is a poor fit for the series. It's pretty obvious she was originally conceived as a Guinan-like "wise advisor" character who could dispense the wisdom from her millennia of life to help crewmembers with whatever problem they faced, but she's basically been demoted to comic relief in a series that doesn't really need it. Less a Guinan and more a Neelix. Hopefully come season four she'll end up replaced by Scotty, which is clearly the trajectory they're heading. The writers using her as their vehicle for their latest attempt to brand a new alien threat as "pure evil" is pretty silly too. Star Trek has always favored the idea that hostile aliens are not evil, just operating on different morality or different priorities, but Strange New Worlds tried to make the Gorn into "pure evil" in its first two seasons before walking it back and now we have this race of not-demons doing Exorcist things who are "pure evil" according to Pelia.

    If you look in the credits, it's her actual name. Sandra Yi Sencindiver is playing a character named "Yutani" (no first name given?) who is the current CEO of the Weyland-Yutani Corporation in 2120.

    according to the comic books of late, it seems there are several Yutani family members in the business. One in particular is rather young in his Teen years and uses a Synth body as his double to go on away missions to colonies and various projects he's interested in getting involved with while the real Yutani is on earth monitoring what goes on. Infact I believe becomes familiar with the Xenomorphs himself and even tries to get them from some ice world and fails pretty badly resulting in his Synth being destroyed.

    I have just gotten mine the other day, not happy with it. The matte finish looks and feels cheap, that’s a first. The double up screws on the shoulder is okay but the hip out of the box is loose & needs to be tightened. The revival attempt didn’t translate as well as the previous 25’s revivals, it feels particularly like an old toy, corners not sharp enough, an old design brought back. - and that’s exactly it I am afraid. Does the knee joint not rotate 360 freely on the vf-27? When I rotate it for Gerwalk stance, the joints fight back and it feels like going to break off if I keep at it..Does the vf-27 not have waist rotation? hate to be naysaying but it feels like a waste of money. Damn you Bandai.😅

    @tekering Awesome looking Black Hole 🕳️ ship! I'm forever jealous of that Borg cube of yours! Over here the TOS Enterprise is in the final stages... As terrifying as it sounds, I'm going to attempt sanding down the decals on this one in order to get that finish looking silky smooooth... Fingers crossed 🤞! couple of good solid coats of TS - 13 Clear down 1st! If I'm not careful this thing might actually end up looking half way decent!

    I thought it was before the merger since they only talked about the lady as in the lady from Yutani. I guess they were just shortening the name. Either that or it is her actual name and I kinda missed that bit trying to rush the episode last night.

    That's a work-in-progress. It still needs a lot of surface detail applied... ...and I need to replace the batteries, too. 😑

    Thanks so much for the responses and all the info. It’s super helpful. Payday is tomorrow so I’ll go ahead and order up those files from the link you sent. I haven’t had time to source a printer yet but I bet there are plenty around to get the job done.

    What the hell am I even looking at? Is this another doomed to fail, free to play, asymetric horror, multiplayer only cash grab? What is even happening? It's just another weird mish-mash of Raccoon City elements, why is Leon kicking and throwing enemies like he's in RE4? He was a rookie during the Raccoon City incident and RE2, once again, what the hell even is this and what is happening? Capcom really needs to get their crap together when it comes to non-mainline Resident Evil, if they want to push multiplayer so bad REmake Outbreak 1 and 2, or make Outbreak File 3, all these other half-ass multiplayer games have, and will, continue to fail.
