After Yamato is done with whatever variants they make of the Q-rau (if they do) what enemy mecha would you like to see the most?

I might get a TV Q-rau if they make one, but what I really want next after my Millia's Q-rau is a Regult. Hopefully with add on missle packs included for those who want that version.

Gimme Regults, with missile pack options and a Recon version while they're at it....

A TV Glaug wouldn't go amiss, either....

Oh, and a TV Q-Rau..... everything else I don't care about....

I'm a scale fanatic.

I voted TV N-Ger simply because the Matchbox/Exosquad version, while not horrible, is way out scale with 1/60 Valks. While the Matchbox/Exo Regult and Glaug, although considerably inaccurate, are basically about 1/60 scale.

So if they're going to do ONE more enemy mecha and then stop, that's the one I want to see.

But if there's reasonable assurance they'll do several different mecha, then the one I'm really waiting for is a Regult.

Voted for Regult. I would like to see various types of regult as seen in Macross and Robotech (Scout, missle carriers, etc).

If there was option of any enemy mechs from Macross, I would have voted for that one...

Regult please :D

Actually, I'd buy pretty much whatever they release; male power armor, fighter pods & all, they're all good choices, though some would obviously sell better than others.

If I MIGHT possibly make a projected suggestion: if Yamato DO make a Regult, I think it would be a wise move to make the Zentradi pilot articulated; the cost increase would be neglegeable, and the added bonus of being able to stand/display the pilot next to the pod goes a long way in the eyes of the target consumers/collectors. That was about the only drawback with the Miria figure included with the Queadluun Rau, but it's not enough to detract from the toy and I'll end up buying one anyway... Just make sure you keep 'em coming Yamato ;)

Graham! Please tell Yamato that if they made a Glaug, they hit _2 markets in one_.

Not only will they sell boatloads to Macrossfans, old school Battletech fans would snap them up too.

C'mon man its a freaking MAD-3R Marauder! Who wants the butt ugly Daishi, Nova Cat etc etc....

Especially since that design is no longer used in Battletech, but remains a favorite of nearly everyone. (myself included) There's a redesigned version now, but most people (again, me too) still prefer the original. Hell, I even ripped the thing's stance for the airmech in my webcomic.

I'm personally torn between a Glaug or a Regult with "missle pods" (voted Glaug)...

an idear... they sell a Std Regult... then they can sell weapon's packs to turn them into small missle, large missle, or recon pods

:Monty Burnes voice: Excellent... idear :)

Back in MechWarrior II I had at least 17 variants of the Marauder. I have always loved the design of the Glaug.

I want one too, right after the Regult.

In theory they should be able to produce light/heavy missle packs to include with the Regult, and you just swap a couple of parts in the back. The recon one with the radome had a different "face" too didn't it? That one would likely need to be a separate entity I would think.

At the least the light missle packs would make a nice bundled option.

RHTT, you're absolutely right...Battletech fans would indeed snap them up. I've read somewhere that some Battletech tournament games are played with large scale models instead of the tine 1/280 scale miniatures. Armorcast makes the MadCat, Vulture, and Atlas in 1/60 scale...a Glaug would be a perfect fit.

The recon pod was completely weaponless, so all the plasterons would have to be covered up or removed.

When we talk about enemy mechs , does it have to be just SDF Macross ?

I mean , everytime we start some nice little whish list all people can come up with is SDF Macross Mechas , C´mon why can we dream beyond that ?

What about the Zentradi power Armour seen in Macross Plus ? What about the Ghost or the Neo Glaug ?

well if we´re gonna limit ourselves with just one show then I would vote for the Glaug , THAT is gonna be HUGE with a major M for Massive !

I would definitly want to see all of the above. I'm growing tired of seeing vf-1's. I'd like to see more enemy mechs and fighters now. :p:D:lol:

I want regults, all varients. I promised to buy an army of them, really ^_^ .

Edit: OT, but haven't posted in a while, just noticed my avatar shrank, hmm ...

Viagra and the new Cialus are supposed to help when you haven't used it in a long time and it shrank ;)

I actually hit the Regult button, but am torn between those and the N-Ger (movie).

Athough the Kai version from MacPlus would be even sweeter......pics by MAHQ

TVnousjadeul-ger.jpgMOVIEnousjadeul-ger.jpgMac+nousjadeul-ger-kai.jpg

Besides a 1/60 Kamjin arcticulated figure to be included with the Monster so he can "ride 'em cowboy".....

I also think a nice idea for a REGULT set, although this will result in a huge box as well as $$$$, would be a "one-for-all" method.

In one box you'd get the following:

-- TACTICAL POD REGULT (Pod Unit w/ removeable legs & removeable small-bore lasers on top)

-- TACTICAL SCOUT (Pod Unit ONLY able to be attached to legs a la Destroid Conversion Kit ;) )

Accessories:

-- Sensor Unit (for attachment to Scout only)

-- Light-Missle Unit (switchable with removeable top lasers - Tactical Pod)

-- Heavy-Missle Unit (switchable with removeable top lasers - Tactical Pod)

-- Pilot ???

OR they could be packaged separately like the Super/Strike kits:

Box 1 -- TACTICAL POD REGULT

Box 2 -- POD Conversion Kit - (SCOUT pod Unit without legs and w/ sensor, Light-Missle Unit, and Heavy Missle Unit)

This idea would be helpful to those who would like a squad of Regults without the price of getting all modes at once.

Check some other takes here at the older Non-Valk Wish list thread
