mslz22
Calling this finished. Tried to take pics in a couple of different types of light to show off the panels and drybrushing. One with a regular size spray can for sizing, this thing is huge.... I will be sending out a few updated parts with the decals, just getting back to casting now that the weather is getting warmer. thanks mike

mslz22
Just got the Hi Metal and just for fun here is a pic with the 1/72nd. I like some of the stuff they did, their interpretation of it, if i ever do a 1/60 or a 1/48 I would want to take some inspiration from this Hi Metal one for sure. The basis for a lot of my 1/72nd kit was the 1/144 Yellow sub kit, the Hi Metal has some much better defined details that i would love a crack at. edstuff
This is amazing! So did you start with a kit and improve on it? Regardless this is possibly the coolest kit I've seen. I mean my jaw hit my desk when I saw it. Outstanding

Regardless, I think I stumbled across the discussion well after he had sold all of them. Edited August 31, 2016 by VF-1A Grunt

Regardless, I think I stumbled across the discussion well after he had sold all of them. thanks, i saw it. Yes in fact the Monster seems really huge if those destroids are the 1/72 Bandai. 38 cm tall is a lot, maybe too big. But i don t understand why the Bandai 1/100 is almost half that because i think it s almost 22-23 cm tall, and it looks too small if compared to that... there is not that difference between 1/72 and 1/100... NZEOD
Actually there is ONE and only ONE Moscato 1/72 Tomahawk for sale on eBay right now. http://www.ebay.com/itm/John-Moscato-Macross-1-72-Destoroido-Tomahawk-Box-NM-/131955195087?hash=item1eb9247ccf:g:jowAAOSwCGVX7dz- Edited October 2, 2016 by NZEOD
Gatsu
Thanks NZEOD but i'm quite happy with my Wave Tomahawk wich looks very similar to the Moscato's. The one i wish more is the Spartan, nobody made a decent version of the Spartan exept Moscato... well the zentradi mechas too...
