  1. You’re welcome, Yeti. Steve Martin here looks like Andrew Garfield.
  2. You’re welcome! Happy collecting and happy spending!
  3. If you browsed Yeti’s site which is YetiStand.com. It’s already self-explanatory regarding the difference between Alpha and Beta. Beta can have etching on the display stand, it has a built-in adapter hole bended in one corner, whereas Alpha, the adapter slot will be installed in the middle. Like Yeti mentioned on his site, both are dependable. But Beta is more stylish. If you’re planning on doing 2 Valks or more like Slave IV mentioned above, use the Alpha.
  4. Yes sir. I grabbed this photo from YetiStand site.

    Bandai DX VF-31

Since FromJapan is a proxy company (item is sold by third party sellers) you probably going to end up paying around or so Y30000+/- (?). Item Price + FromJapan’s Fee + Local Shipping Cost + International Shipping Cost. By the way, the MSRP for that is Y22680. Initial PO price is around Y19600-21000.

Not sure if it's still open since PO for this ended months ago. But make sure to check two weeks prior of its release because sometimes some store will open up a few for preorder and still offer discounted PO price. If not, then you can check it once it gets released. Then you have to pay it in MSRP.
  7. They should've rolled that out. Announced last 2016.
  8. I don't remember seeing Rick's Cockpit over at BBTS. Only at KC and Robotech Store. Yeah, too bad there's no art on the retail box. But regarding the assembly part, just basing it on the video it's just a few things, right? Besides, some collectibles that I know and even most appliances requires minimal assembly. I said 'appliance' because it's a speaker too. And besides, it's good that they kept it that way because atleast some of the small parts are secured during transit. Imagine, if you open such a box with small broken things laying around in the box. Oooh. I like this idea.
  9. Wow! It's so clean. And tampo printed too.

Ok. Now this page becomes Bandai Wishlist once again.
  11. Why look on model kits, when you can have this for $11.99. Remember it's RARE as per seller. https://www.ebay.com/itm/ROBOTECH-Macross-Harmony-Gold-Action-Figure-Dana-Sterling-RARE/253428606645?hash=item3b0185a6b5:g:U30AAOSwPydZnBsI
  12. That’s a cool plane. On the top side middle part of the fuselage, I wonder if that’s where the arms folds in?
  13. This I agree. Offer it at the same time.
  14. I would also love to clean a store for cheap price. Hahaha! I know comparing it to 2008 is not fair. But like I said, don’t get me wrong. I meant no disrespect on Arcadia’s Premium Finish releases on those VF-1’s. New collectors really benefits on this move. But for us, old collectors of this figure, it really gets tired of seeing the same thing again and again. Atleast, with Bandai, they changed something on their Hi-Metal VF-1 mold before re-branding it. I’m just saying that prices had gone up, atleast offer something new or revised something for the customers even though they’re using an old mold. By now, 10 years have passed, they should’ve thought of something such as fine-tuning, mold redesign, or anything, right? They already revisited the VF-0, why not on the VF-1 too? Like how the arm folds in HMR, I’m pretty sure that can be done also on a 1/60 scale. Keep the rest of the mold as is, but revise the arm section. I’m pretty sure some people here would like to see that new feature too. Or they could add new gimmicks. Or better yet, why not just include display stands on every releases? They keep on putting those display stand attachments as if that all the customers have a lot of their old Yamato Display Stands or even their Mighty Block Stand. Right? Anyways, I just think that it wouldn’t hurt to see them adding some new stuff or even try to change something than offer the same thing again and again with an added tampo prints.
  15. For how much a Premium Finish going for nowadays on a 10-year-old VF-1 mold, I can’t believe that there’s still some wishing for it and probably willing to pay 3-4 times the original price. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I understand if certain Valk is missing in your collection, as do I. Or this is your first exposure on the figure hence the wish of reissues on PF format. But somehow, I rather see them re-invent the VF-1 mold or its transformation sequence (TV style like what Bandai did on their HMR) then I’ll understand their high-end asking price point.

In this forum, who really does counts the upvotes and downvotes? Does it really matters? I don’t think it is.

    Bandai DX VF-31

It's why I included Andrew's VF-31J review link since Solo Wing Pixy posted a 31J.

Either you post your concern on the link below or you can try and PM some of the Moderators or Graham or Shawn. But from what I've understand after they transition the old forum to Invision, it says it comes with it. Built within the back-end. Not so sure if there's a feature on the Invision back-end that they can turn it off. Or, you can just ignore the whole up/down-voting thing.
