Missed getting this one. Can I ask how many pages Macross feature is? And if the images featured is something that we have seen before? And if there's a lot of new images? Thanks. -

Thanks Tking22! Really appreciate your insight and opinion on this. I just asked since I have a few Hot Toys figure and from what I've gathered that if you pose the figure look enough, it will cause some stress on the fabrics. And it's why I don't pose that much well except for Iron Man and War Machine. But the rest it's just 'statue'. I really just wanted to hear everyone's opinion on it if the quality is beyond Hot Toys' since this one is smaller and has more play factor. It's too bad that I'm not going to branch out on this line even though I really liked the 90's Cyclops and Cable that they're making. Again, thanks!

Babelfish? That Zaku figure is produced by Metal Club. Just need to verify if they're also Metal Gear, the company who made Metal Builds KOs of 00 Gundam variants. Assuming they are since some shops describe the company as 'Metal Gear MC (Metal Club)' or 'Metal Club (used to be called Metal Gear)'.

Can I ask you guys who collect these. How good is the fabric used on the figure? Esp the pleathered ones. Is it advisable to leave the figure in an action pose for a long period of time without damaging the fabric with creases and folds? Or that is still a given?

Since we're near the release date, it's best to keep on tabs on those online stores for a few PO opening due to increased order number or from cancellations. After that, during the release date, there will be some opening.

No. The head is built in. So it's a complete piece. So if you want to use VF-1J head, you have to use part A1. If you want VF-1S configuration, you'll use A2. And so on. No cutting around needed.

AFAIK, Arcadia doesn't need to redo the VF-19 molds. It was the YF-19 that got the redoing to make it closer with the VF-19 molds. Yamato's VF-19 molds is different to the first Yamato's YF-19.

Ok. So I read this one caption in the photo from that Facebook feed. What's the ruling here if someone copied based from a design that is also based from an existing original design? Would that second-hand designer have a say or right to sue the third designer?

Ouch. Those head lasers look so thin. I do like how proportioned the 1A's head.

Cheers on this! Who says I'm upset? I preordered two even though I'm scared of the shoulder double-hinge joint.

Don't regret for not getting the one released by Yamato. That one is not Premium Finish. Ah. But which version of SDF-1 is the question, right?

Yeah. They're ready to kick some butts for missing the Black Friday sale. -
We'll never be sure the reason behind why Bandai opted out on doing that moving plates and all from the 1/72 model kit to the DX. There's probably a good reason why they didn't. I'm pretty sure they've been in the drawing board and testing phase to see what's going to work and whatnot. And there is a good reason why that swing bar still remains. The swing bar really helps stabilizing the skeleton structure of the figure in Battroid mode. And like I said earlier, if they really wanted to do ala-model kit method on the leg transfer, that nosecone and thigh intakes needs to be re-engineered to have it work in Battroid mode. Making the figure still articulated from the waist down and keeping the figure balanced and stable since the only thing that's connecting and supporting the body weight is just those two thigh intakes connecting joints to the nosecone. If this were a small DX figure, it might work. But at 1/48 scale with a lot of moving joints and hinges, not to mention some diecast content, it might not. I too, still waiting for that day to see a 'perfect (line-art accurate) transforming' VF-1. But for now, I'm happy for what we have.
