there are several things in the back row of the top shelf that I've not seen before and I demand to know more about

the thing is, Video games aren't just about the visual/emotional content, they're about the interactivity. The User interface and game-play mechanics are what sets a game apart from a movie. If a game has good visuals and narrative but is frustrating/excessively difficult/boring to play, then it still fails as a game. I'm all for interesting stories and unique visual style in games; but if it's not fun to play, then there was no point making this a GAME. It should have just been a film.

all of the joints in question are metal balls inside metal sockets, with small pieces of plastic embedded in the sockets to provide friction. the plastic insert is a light purple color and feels like some sort of hard rubber. I wouldn't be surprised if it has undergone some settling over time. Personally, I prefer to take the toys apart, put a thin ring of superglue around the circumference of the ball, then let it dry before putting it back together.

I push the play button and sound comes out of both speakers, 95% of the time that constitutes "just as well" in my book. most of the time I'm more worried about comfort and bulk than sound quality, and my cheapo earbuds do both of those things better than anything else I've tried regardless of how much they cost.

That's so cool, I kind of want to pick one up and paint it in woodland camo. needs a scope though. :edit: that's one thing that sucks about growing up in the early 90's. I was born too late to have a real BB gun and too early to have Nerf Battle rifles and belt fed machine guns.

it's from the end of the trailer when they're scurrying back to the LEM after checking out the Alien ship. you can see them coming down from the edge of the crater between the LEM and the flag.

because shotguns are F*CKING AWESOME I think EVERYONE who's played MW2 has used dual 1887's at some point. Usually though I stick to the M1014 with assault rifles/LMGs and use the USP pistol (with extended mags) with sniper rifles.

I love old cars, the lines and ornamentation on old vehicles are just so much better than modern cars. that said I don't really like most hot rods in general. some of them can look nice but for the most part they all tend to get so smoothed out and massaged that they end up looking incredibly generic. Except they're not really a poor mans build. most of these things take as much or more time and money as some crazy custom car with fancy paint lots of custom body work. I just don't see the appeal of going through so much work to make your car look like a junker.

I drive a mk3 supra that my dad bought new in 1986 and it's never once had something go wrong with the headlights.

why the mother-f*cking ass-crackers would I want to carry around a bulky CD player and a half dozen CD's when I can just use an MP3 player that's not even half the size of a CD CASE I can upload all of my music onto my ipod ONCE and go for months and months without having to hook it up to my PC again. I plug it into a wall outlet to charge at night and stick it in my pocket when I leave the house. No having to dig through a box of CD's looking for the one I want, no having to plan out what I want to listen to each day, no having to carry around a case full of CD's, and no fumbling around trying to change out a disk only to drop it in the street and have it run over by a f*cking truck . Also No carrying around batteries. And if I want to listen to music at home I've got it all right here on my computer. I do buy CD's; I put them in my computer once and then pack them away in a box in my attic. I've got enough crap and clutter in my room as it is, I don't need big ass speakers and CD players and a rack full of CD's taking up even more space I don't have. Also I listen to stuff like Podcasts way more often than regular music anyways. I'm not burning that sh*t onto disks just to listen to them once or twice between classes.

I really don't get why people wast their time and money on stuff like this. We payed $75 for a blu-ray player and another 5 dollars for an HDMI cable and guess what, IT PLAYS F*CKING MOVIES AND THEY LOOK JUST FINE!!!!!!! Same goes for music. My ipod with $10 ear buds plays music just as well as CD's or LP's or whatever else you guys use through $800 headphones.

I think I might just like this game now.

The D stance has a slightly better battroid mode (although personally I think the legs look worse) but it comes at the cost of an absolutely hideous fighter mode and even though it technically has the same gimmicks as the Yamato it doesn't pull them off as well.

But a busted shoulder is something that's quick and easy to fix, remember?

I loved seven days, I'd totally go see a movie version of it. but it needs to have Jonathan LaPaglia in it, he's awesome.

I thought where were going to branch out a bit and start blaming Transformers this time, but Gundam works too. Also, Michael Bay and Korean animators probably have a hand in this too.

We've had a grainy thumbnail sized picture of an unfinished line drawing and an even smaller picture of a resin sculpt showing zero detail for a grand total of three days, and we've already got 70+ posts across 4 threads devoted to how much everyone hates it. Good job MacrossWorld.

same here, it looks good in all the areas where it's copying the original, but the original still looks better. Also I hate when they try and stick conventional head lights on cars designed to have pop up headlights. sure they're less aerodynamic and more complex and blahblahblah but dammit pop ups look better.

I use sniper rifles in CoD4 and MW2 all the time and do quite well. I think Treyarch just hates snipers. WoW had terrible sniping too. I think that's why I like MW1&2 better.

He's got the right colors for sentinel prime. also sentinel prime was mentioned in the last movie so...

so is anyone actually playing zombie mode? how is it? I've put off picking up black ops as the multiplayer looked underwhelming, but the campaign looks fun and if zombie mode is enough fun on it's own I might go for it eventually.
