They don't need to be shipped. It's fairly clear.

I bet Bandai will just leave the fin with its current hinge at the base, and incorporate the support it would have made into the super pack itself. More mechanically sound, more durable, easier to make, "close enough" to the anime.

The 400M is in that much trouble? For Christ's sweet sake, how hard is it to build a tube with wings?
-
Red, because the candy cane stockings distract from the whole.

It's based on electromagnets, if I recall correctly.

NUNS logo? Macross Galaxy logo for the VF-27s? Project Supernova?
-
Yes, most likely. However, since the plans for the VF-25 were freely distributed throughout the galaxy, how efficient would it be to extensively modify 19s as opposed to building new 25s?

The VF-27's gunpod uses similar processes, correct? Just more powerful?

Real World Technical References of Macross Variable Aircraft
Sildani replied to charger69's topic in Movies and TV Series
Which makes a kind of sense, since Windermere feels very Germanic in style, with an Alpine terrain, and the Luftwaffe used Starfighters extensively in the 1970's and early 80's.- 278 replies

Pre-ordered from NY. If anyone wants the actual VF-1, I'll entertain offers. I really only want the packs.
-
Yes, 05 is undoubtedly in a storage mode, so its vertical stabs are folded down. I doubt very much there's enough clearance in that room for them to be raised.

Very nice. Reminded me of an F-22 RC model when it took off, it's so small. Hopefully this tech demonstrator tells Japan what it needs to know to build its own proper 5th gen fighter. Or, Japan just builds 5 of them and has them combine into a robot... it's cool either way...

Yeah, sort of. From Mr. K's Twitter: "Because separately license is not only far set. I'm sorry I ~." So it seems Arcadia can't make separate Super parts, at least not yet.
-
I'm in. Have no FAST packs, want them, and here they are. Because Arcadia said they couldn't get a license to release them by themselves, this may well be the last opportunity, especially if all the rumormongers and naysayers are correct and Arcadia turns out to be not long for this world. Then, this package will seem ridiculously cheap. I don't doubt that Bandai's working on a 1/60 VF-1, but that's going to be based on the CG VF on Delta... which has some different proportions from what I'm used to.

Ayup. And they need to fly as they were intended to fly, dammit.
