  1. They're a huge downgrade from the Arcadia in terms of feel, that's for sure. If you have the money and the desire to own only one, the choice is clear.
  2. I think Aramaki worked on Halo so that probably makes sense.
  3. My understanding of the Robo Dou line is that it has a 'metal skeleton' but I think that just means they make the joints metal and the rest of the toy is plastic. I don't know though, haven't handled them myself.
  4. I would definitely buy, even with my sentinels, if someone could salvage the molds.
  5. Lol, I don't think it matters that I want it because I don't I'll be able to get it.
  6. I think they'll do a sleeve. Curious if they'll make the parts available separately.
  7. I agree with that... But I also believe the right engineering can get you close. Sentinel's Legioss did things no one thought was possible for that design to become a toy. The issue may be that the amount of engineering required would make the toy crazy expensive or no fun like the Draken.
  8. I remember seeing pics of all the prototype parts (which I think Yacolog had) but the molds themselves? No idea.
  9. Sigh... that's true. They were so close to releasing Houquet also. What's more frustrating, someone got the molds and probably just tossed them.
  10. There's a HUGE difference in articulation from the chunkies to today. Bandai really should have made articulation improvements when they did earlier reissues... At least a knee swivel, back joints at the hips would have also been great. I doubt they would do it now though since it would compete with their own products.
  11. Okay, so it sounds like folks who can't get it at the event will have a chance to order it through the Tamashii website? Sounds like what we saw for the Hajate 31 movie version.
  12. Event exclusive? That's rude.
  13. Orguss is BACK! Ya know what's lame, the whole "is back!" thing I believe originally was a way of teasing someone who said more Mospeada toys were going to come... guess that was one of those "he who laughs last" moments.
  14. Maybe Moshow started it as a third party unlicensed product and then got shut down by HG so they decided to keep the project alive with a license.
  15. You mean Harmony Gold? From everything we know, they have a solid relationship with Tatsunoko and the license was renewed not too long ago. If you mean Moshow, I think they must since toynami is showing off the product.
  16. Well there's one reason.. it didn't sell well the first time around. They did re-release max and Miria's 1J toys though and they also didn't sell well the first time... Then again, they sold pretty awful the second time so that may actually be working against this hope.
  17. If we were taking about unlicensed products, sure. Not sure how it would make sense to do a radical alteration to avoid copyright issues then still get the license.
  18. While you're right, if it ever gets made, it will be the closest thing to it we could likely hope to see in toy form.
  19. Man... looking at that thing sure does take me back in time to my childhood.
  20. There's not much in ThreeZero's history that suggests they would try to venture into less popular (or enemy) mecha. I think Hi-Metal R is just about our only hope there. It looks a safe bet that both GBP and Super Parts are possible if the sales are good. There is some precedent that these could be sold as add-ons instead of second release bundles. Here's an Eva add-on kit: https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/170715?o=4

    Arcadia VF-5000G

It will all depend on the conversion rate
  22. This image shows the clearance. Not a ton but better than KC:
  23. Does the airbrake look functional also?
