    Meh. people buy DYRL valks like gangbusters and you can't really prove it's grey or darker white. Ultimately it's a stylistic choice. Much like you can find 4 or 5 different shots of Optimus prime and people argue about the right color... it doesn't matter if it's close. I think it's just a few peoples opinion being blown way, way out of proportion because they feel like experts for whatever reason (per usual) If a few shades of blue keep you from buying, so be it. It's your money. I'll be swooshing all day. If the paint was shitty and poorly applied, or they used a cheaper paint process.. I could get behind that. But a shade here or there isn't a big deal. This is an awesome valk.

    Dat toe articulation and side to side head! I think it's the best looking Voltron so far for sure in terms of an actual modern Voltron. The paint looks great on the red and blue. Yellow and green aren't as well done but still look good. I'm really impressed with the lack of QC problems. It won't be a pain in the ass like VV... which also might mean it may never get heavily discounted. Flashlight canons? Badass haha. Ab crunch. Ankle tilt. When you put the Toynami piece next to this one... I just don't get it. I don't think the Toynami piece looks right at all.....it looks like an action figure compared to a real toy. Derpy is a good word for it. Chrome is nice... but it doesn't make a great toy. ya'll jus hatin It's on my X-mas list for sure. I love how "Mech" it looks.

    Well, I grew up watching Robotech, but I prefer a DYRL Valk from Yamato Anyway, I really dig it. Glad its a little different.

    Toyarena has it for $240, which is where I got my VV from. They are out of cali, and will probably tack on another 10 bucks for domestic shipping. I think you can order direct from mad toys and they offer ems: http://madtoys-infinity.com/ - click the paypal link. $209 with ems probably being 40 bucks or so So $250 ish I cancelled one of my MP Ultra Magnus' and I'll apply that $150 to this.

    They are resculpting the face due to feedback. I like how beefy it looks. I like most everything, I just with the grey parts were more silver really. I think the paint will be metallic and bright like the VV, which looks amazing on the shelf.

    Haha, that would be pretty damn hard. I don't know how these mask murders do it. It's hard as hell to breath in those masks. Plus you get pretty sweaty. Not good for Valk handling.
