  1. Thanks! Its a bit higher quality than my other one, though not as finished. I might have a finisher do a job on it for next year at some point. Still looks good
  2. I think you could beat somebody to death with this thing... also this guy breaths really heavy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKrVlKbSh68 Really sweet how they got the ankle tilt in there. Almost worth it for that. Wings are pretty cartoon accurate. Much more so than the toy.
  3. New mask: Can't decide which one I want to wear Friday
  4. That's awesome. Keep the passion alive for the next run
  5. I am the LAW! You WONT FOOK AROUND ANYMORE! haha Sick Porche Scanner.
  6. Seriously. Hasbro Asia should just call these Ebay releases... it's pretty clear they are putting them out to cover any secondary market jumps, instead of just doing a quality mass market release.
  7. Not a huge fan of the seeker mold, but I'll do a skywarp. But not at 200. Cash grab.
  8. 1/72 is perfectly big enough and close enough for me.
  9. My first run has no shoddy paint. haha.
  10. Second Run of Red Alert at BBTS Don't know if he's cheaper else where... don't know much about this release at all to be honest. http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=TAK11798&mode=retail
  11. How long do you think it will take you to put it together?
  12. Finally. New. At. The. Gates.
  13. Ill probably get one to display all my destroids with.
  14. You can see seems and sculpt for articulation in the arms.
  15. I think it will have movement, just like the Gunhead does. I wouldn't expect fully bendable knees or anything... but movement isn't really the monsters strong point. I bet the arms and canons will move.
  16. Totally wrong shade of gray. PO cancelled!
  17. Do the SV51's even fit in a detolf in bat mode?
  18. I think I told this story before, but I drove about an hour to get a first run MP-08 Hasbro off craigslist about 2 years ago. He sold me a sealed Walmart Skywarp and an MP-08 for about $150? He threw in a chug thundercracker too. He basically just had them in a building stuff in a storage box. Really good deal for me obviously. I think they were selling for $250+ on ebay at the time, as this was before the great re-issuing. I sold the MP Skywarp for about $80 bucks and got most of my money back. I sold the Chug for $20-25 to get my gas back. So I ended up paying close to MSRP from toys-r-us at the time. Most Macross stuff I've just bough online and had it shipped to me.
  19. I would imagine it will having moving parts. I'd say, as mentioned before, the main cost determination would be if they use resin. I would assume vinyl is out because you can't get a real sharpness with it. A vinyl one of that size would be close to 400, with resin probably 600.
