  1. I'm in the same boat. My backlog of unbuilt kits is so old that I haven't gotten to build my Sinanju. I'm surprised there's no available aftermarket metal frame available for the Sinanju yet. I bought one for RG Nu just as a trial, and it worked out quite well.
  2. This is the kind of product I wish more companies would make: It's a set of replacement joints from 107 Toys to make the RG Sinanju kit sturdier. IIRC that kit used waist joints from the smaller Gundam Mk.II, resulting in a Sinanju that cannot support its own backpack and torso weight. Now if 107 Toys can aim their creative guns at the self-exploding RG Zeta Gundam kit...
  3. A new challenger awaits: I'm guessing they changed the fork covers for legal reasons (even though it looks like it will come with the original covers)? I can't find details on it just yet. And with pre-orders asking over 50 USD for it, I reckon it won't be too big.
  4. Operation Night Strikers has hit the market: For me, Night Striker alone along with its Zuntata soundtrack makes this one a worthy purchase. This also sets up the sequel quite nicely:
  5. I guess after seeing the Back to the Future train I was expecting something bigger, but this is nice too.
  6. I haven't kept up with the Cobi catalogue lately, that Phantom looks cool. My boys and I had fun building their Concorde and Huey kits so I'll probably get their Phantom too.
  7. Brick Veteran's 1st Phantom set is going to be a gorgeous example of a USN F-4J, and here I am with a depleted play money budget:
  8. Sheik Mainland has been releasing their mech kits of original design, but I'll be damned if their upcoming kit is not a Zenith wanzer:
  9. It's not just you, BM's prices are generally expensive for me too. I only buy a set from them if it's an aircraft I truly desire in Lego form. From previous postings of BM's owner, the bulk of the cost comes from manufacturer lincensing costs and custom printing prices. This new Atom brick line is a little better on the wallet. If a F-14 kit is made for it, I might bite.
  10. Brickmania recently released their own line of kits, based on mini sized Lego pieces:
  11. The FM3 remake has been out for a month now, and what I've been reading about it so far doesn't paint a good picture. Altered wanzer designs, subpar sound design, and bland graphics have been common denominators in the articles I've read. And what I find most foul is the rumors of AI use to replicate images in the network feature of the game. While the network feature is secondary in nature, the use of AI in a game I hold in high esteem is egregious. All this, not to mention their treatment of FM2, leads to believe that Forever Entertainment should leave FM alone.
  12. Lego set 43279, on the market this September - a must buy for me:
  13. This movie is great, it's like SCANNERS but with boobies.
