    I'm not all that excited about a prequel, esp about a character who we know what happens to. Would much rather something showing one of the battles/fronts in the war that kept the elves or dwarves from helping at Gondor.

    Too true. More than half of the links I don't click is because the title sounds too outrageous or click-baity. And there are some I would love to click on and say, 'you know this is b.s.' but then I would have clicked it and that's all it needs!

    Looks like a prime painting station, @derex3592. Have to agree that the 1/100 VF-1 is looking very sharp, @Papa Rat. Those mods were well worth it, @Chas.

    A suggestion would be to have the figures settled into position. Having that one hanging off the back of the truck lends a bit of comedy. @Bolt Those are some great looking Legious!

    Interesting. I loved Voltron as a kid and remember the rush to get all of the lions, esp if they could be combined into Voltron. (I never did...) Also interesting, at the bottom of the article is a blurb about Enola Holmes 3 with Brown and Cavill and that Cavill is doing a Highlander movie.

    Thanks @Chas! Yeah, the CA can get pretty messy. I use a toothpic sometimes for application, and sometimes clear gloss or Micro Kristal Klear if I want a longer setting time. And that conversion to the TV-version Macross is looking great! Shame Hasegawa barely made any changes to the kit when they reboxed it. Thanks @Papa Rat! What plane are you waiting on?

    Except for the seats the cockpit is basically done. It is the Hasegawa tub and rear IP, the Tamiya seats (at the finish) and front IP, throttle and side-sticks, and Eduard PE meant for the Hasegawa model, though some parts did not fit. The instrument panel PE was too wide, both for the Has as well as the Tam parts and so needed to be trimmed up. The front PE IP also needed to be cut in two and the sides sidled up to the central shroud. The front IP was then glued under the coaming to help with alignment and fit rather than to the tub. And the tub was glued into the upper fuselage. The instructions say to glue it to the bottom piece, but that was cut and changed so much I very much doubt it would have fit right. Now to get a little nose weigh in there and finally close up the fuselage! Thom
