I agree the seam lines and small pieces aren't too sturdy.. I also have these on my to finish table line up, along the Yellow submarine resin ones..

They are from the Yellow Submarine resin Valhalla III at 1/700. they are pretty good detailed for that size. There's 2 of each... I am building it to side it with the Imaii Quel-Q Bug's Eye which is close in scale.. (Genius whoever decided to sculpt it on that scale for Yellow Sub) WIshed I would finish my styrene 1/700 ARMD which has been in storage for the past 5 years. Or find someone else making Macross vessels on that scale.. I am posting a more detailed pic of the munchkings V.

Gerwalk... yes..!! Is a bit of a tedious pain to build the conversion from the 2 hasegawas and I am past that stage by now. I wonder who will be the first one to build an armored gerwalk??

This is pretty amazing.. I'd like to know of your process on smoothing edges, ridding off seam lines and how you build the core of the pieces..

I would definitely not use alcohol on anyhting that tamiya has been aplied to. I would just wipe the wash out with water or very light and quick thinner cutips and make sure it doesn't rub too hard into the surface and way after the undercotas have dried. I do use diluted oil paint washes over the tamiya future undercoats. I know it is dangerous but after several years I have not had issues. Is there any washes brands anyone has succesfully wiped them from the Future coat or just plain tamiya undercoat without gambling on the previous undercoat paint?
