  1. Now that I see it better in the first pic the narrow half side of the mini truck is on the front and in the second pic the same front half is on the back..!!?? what a puzzling picture. I would prefer the wider half on the back.. How do i sign up for one of these minis?
  2. Those little ones do need more loving on these threads. Good job Rogue... I should built more eventually...
  3. I would prefer the 1/2000 as well price wise will be just around the same. the problem will be the shipping cost but i am thinking... Why wouldn't they package it in a way that the toy would assemble a little so the box wouldn't be so huge and this way save money to buyers?
  4. Yes, i just got a payment request from them for shipping. The tag price for the US is a bit over 9,000 yen..
  5. someone needs to make one of this Mac II battroid models in 1/72 scale...
  6. I am glad that these 2 other models might become a reality after all. I really like the VF-27 in fighter mode. I agree the Q-Rea seems to be a little small. Specially Klan-klan, she seems to be way off in scale compared to the anime.
  7. I am in as well... Anyone wants to buy a kidney?
  8. To me that seems to be the Yamato 1/60 modified.. Is there any specific size for the Q-rea? as in height and weight?
  9. You know...you can always go back and redo it..It is part of being an artist to have the tendency to evolve and make our own work better, if necessary. I am thinking on going back to one of mine and make it better..
  10. I think so too. If people would do that here in the US. and got noticed, most likely producers would think it twice before filming anything or at least putting any crap in movie theaters.
  11. I agree that most of the Hollywood academy award winner flicks are a pile of rubbish. They are kitsch, which means they have the right amount of drama, action and plot just to make people believe they are great movies when in the end they lack substance. In defense of Starship troopers; If it is seen plainly as an action movie it truly sucks. But, it was meant to be a Satirical representation How most military powers convince and recruits soldiers as simple cannon fodder and how society shadows the reality of how gross and stupid war actually is.
  12. Now; Check the reviews of the toys from the DB movie http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/astro-toy/...nball-evolution It adds to the embarrasment
  13. I remember reading this not too long ago in Yahoo and the main dish of Crappiness was anything done by Kevin Costner!..
  14. I was wondering if Mike is still alive?. We haven't heard from him for a while. He's been busy with other "assignments" But I am glad this could be resurrected. I never built mine because I recently moved to a very small apartment which have halted my ambitions to build my bigger models for the moment.
  15. Is this a 1/48? or is it one of those smallish 1/72 that was sold a few years ago at Wonderfest?
  16. I can't wait to see some geek convert that model into a 1/48 YF-19 battroid...
  17. This is great. Nice job. It puts me to shame that I haven't gone back to my 1/700 ARMD in over a year. I should though...
  18. I was originally hooked on Thundercats and the kiddish seriesTransformers. I have seen some other Japanese movies before hand, and always thought their emotional dept had greater potential over the American shows. Then one day I saw this show called Robotech and was awed seeing Rick Hunter's orange fighter transform into a giant robot!? Coolest thing I have seen to that day. The animation sequence looked so real... Eventually Japanese animation changed mi perspective and the way I looked life in many aspects.
  19. Nice indeed. Those oversized cockpit rear truster look a bit overdone to me..too eggy looking. Besides that the modeler has my compliments...
  20. That ghost really caught my eye. It looks pretty well done. If it only was about twice the size would display nicely with the 1/72 Hasegawa YF-19 and YF21...
  21. Nice collection. Definitively a lot of money and time... I recall spending easily 3 days trimming and putting one together. I am hoping that a few years from now when the hype is gone I don't see those build ups on Evilbay for $30.99
  22. Mine too...that thing is a miracle of scratchbuild science... Well done Maiden....
  23. Joseph el miembro Roy preguntaba si pudieras hacele un trabajo para otro forum en el que el es mienbro..? Roy I just asked him; it seems he is a spanish speaker because of his signature and his member procedence..we'll see..
  24. to me it looks like that Moldy Crow type of craft but the one with round engines instead of the square-flat ones..
  25. This thread has been lost in whatever-land by now... i have a small update finally got most of the radome finished... I wish i could find a 1:100 scale Awacs instead of the only 1:72 option I got.
