  1. Simply gorgeous... I think it will be a success. I will wait for the 1-S version most likely to come next month or so.. Or better yet the fast pack version. I like the choices of canopies one TV and DYRL
  2. That VF2SS could easily be the Mushashiya ? (sp) hard to tell. The 1/72 VF-19 battroid also seems to be doing a come back .. I always wanted one of those..
  3. Not a king scale.. Don't want it.. It looks fantastic
  4. Ferrets are awesome pets. I had 5 at some point. Only one survived after 9 years I had them. They all died of insulinoma, pancreas or adrenal issues or cancer.. I know, i know... stay on topic.. Looking Good JadeF..Looking good...
  5. I think if the little Vf's were in scale to the Quarter, close to 1/1000, the VF's would hardly be about 1 cm long way too small to play with. By the picture size comparison I think they are 1/400 scale range
  6. Nice build.. How old is your ferret? They are awesome pets. At some point I had 5..

    1/1000 Oberth

As the title suggest. I am looking for this model made a few years ago. If anyone has an extra copy or like to depart of his model, please let me know.. V
  8. Not only sold out but the molds fatally destroyed and any future reminder of this project has been buried deep in the Atlantic ocean..
  9. What I really like to know are the actual dimensions of the cruiser and attack mode in the anime. I have found 2 different sizes; or do we just speculate on the actual dimensions of the Quarter? I have scales varying from 1/700 to 1/1000 with regards to the DX. This will decided whether I'd buy one or not. Anyone can help with some feedback? For example; is it about 400m long in cruise mode or the actual 472m I read in the compendium?
  10. Nice movie..Plot was quite predictable but the scenery and 3d effects were awesome. I would recommend anyone who wants to see it just to get lost in the fauna and flora of Pandora and forget everything else..
  11. MMM.. between 45 and 50 cm..that would make it somewhere around the 1/800 scale
  12. Yeah!!; That was breath taking..Nice work man..
  13. Which in my opinion is how the next space Shuttle should look like.
  14. Ditto... Dulce Avemaria..excelente
  15. I say just wait until someone in HK or Singapore buys one and decides to make a 'simpler' recast version of the Yammy SDF-1 at a more affordable cost.. Give it time..It is very likely to happen.
  16. I think I am undertanding this better now. There's a model coming out and a completed painted/weathered version first. Does anyone recalls the Fine molds Millennium Falcon; $200 model Vs $1000 built and painted...? I think this is what is going to be the case with Yamato. Hopes are still big...
  17. My dream toy. Oh, my grail toy.. It's just that... a dream... and the dream is gone... It was good while it lasted..
  18. "Me likes it...." I am going to wait for the neon-orange-pink- stripes version though... Over the top colors for stealth type space fighters seems to be the way for Macross..
  19. Mmm. May be that was the reason for this new "invention".. they want to bring the old iconic armored Gerwalk feeling to the VF-25.. I wonder if it will work?
  20. What I am wondering is how difficult will be to mod the 1/48 M-Club Fast packs to this kit. and whether the weight of resin will make the gears collapse? I wonder if the sculpts are somewhat symmetrically relevant to interchange some parts and mode details..?
  21. Already built for sale..!! some people have a lot of free times on their hands or are incredible fast at building these things..
  22. That's my train of thought. Back in the 90's and earlier 2000 there were not that many affordable mecha to collect from. 1/100 would have been my scale of choice but there was not that much available until Mac-plus and 7 came along. Now that things have changed for the better, seems there's plenty of choices on all scales. By now I have settled for 1/72 and 1/144 exclusively.
  23. That definitively screams "I'll be back.." and that's where I'll end it.. Unique for sure.. good job
  24. Most likely that will follow or some garage kit will appear eventually.. Is a given at this scale.. I am wondering of the prices of these extras..
