    Hi-Metal R

Keeping up with tradition. Merry Macross Christmas.
  7. Merry Christmas.
  8. Holly Crap! That's awful.
  9. That makes sense. Hadn't thought about it that way.
  10. Merry Christmas! Anybody get any cool presents, even for your self? My wife and I don't exchange gifts as Christmas is mainly for our children and find its easier to buy our own stuff during the holiday season during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This season I bought a DJI Neo 2 camera drone and a Insta360 Flow 2 Pro gimbal. The DJI Neo 2 is the gadget of the year imho.
  11. That’s a pretty wide gap for a modern kit. Maybe Academy should go back to the Academy for a refresher
  12. That the Landing mode (Standby Mode) on the FATTY is different, was clear! That people can't transform the models properly was the only thing I was trying to conveyed in my previous post! In a previous post that I posted it was made clear that the two leg panels have to be pushed down after the legs are fully extended to be able to engage (Standby Mode) In the TV anime "Armored Trooper Votoms," the Fatty serves as the Balarant Army's main AT. In addition to the main body, the HI-METAL R kit includes optional parts like the G-BATM 04 Catapult Launcher and G-BATM-02 Hardblade Gun, and Cutter Claw working the wiring of Battleship X, as well as a Balarant soldier pilot figure. This set allows you to recreate every scene from the series. The Fatty is said to have been developed after studying captured Scopedogs, but its landing system differs from that of the Gilgamesh Army's ATs in that its legs extend forward. In HI-METAL R, the unique accretion pose can be recreated using the built-in mechanism. Let's take a closer look at the transformation process. First, have the figure sit with the joint axis at the base of the legs swung forward. At this time, stretch both legs out in front of you. Even in this position, it can still sit stably. Deploy the landing joint parts from the exterior of the thighs and lower legs. By moving the panel-like thigh parts inside, you can create space for the landing joint parts to move. By raising the landing joint parts into the space created by the panel parts and bending the lower legs, Fatty's distinctive landing pose is achieved. And it clear in this picture from the (X) Twitter post that the panels weren't pushed in! and here as well! the panels are in the closed position and not pushed down.....
  13. And a Merry Christmas to you as well!
  14. Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄 🤶 🤗!!! Over here, unfortunately I have to report that the mating together of the two halves of the BUFF hasn't gone smoothly. Seriously Academy??? In this day and age? I mean yeh, it's a 2020 model, but still... I've seen better fits on Testors kits from the 80s. Uhhggg. Lots of putty, sanding and rescribing (which I'm NOT good at at all) in my future I'm afraid.
  15. 24th Dec 2025 released the full song : PROCTOCOL : RESONANCE from the GAME Blue Protocol : Rosonance
  16. This is why I LOVE her. She doesn't mind showing you bloopers! She had trouble getting back up to the stage on the 2nd time! They actually had stairs prepared by May'n said it will be more fun without! XD Look at the size of that chicken! First round - suceed! 2nd Time - Failed and the assistant has to help her! XD
  17. Hope you’re all having a joyus holiday with family and friends. And I hope you were good this year and received lots of Valkyries under your tree.
  18. The Odyssey looks pretty good. I'd trust Nolan for a good film. And I liked Clash of the Titan (not the sequel)so if it is at least as good as that, I'll be happy.
  19. I thought the same for a long while, but it could be a thing to keep an identity safe in case one member makes a somewhat controversial comment and someone else likes what was said without having to be tied into the possible controversy. Something like a mildly political comment can get a warning and maybe a member agrees with what is said, but doesn’t want to get a warning or something or get tied into that as their belief as an example. There are also silent members that don’t really join the conversations or make any posts possibly just due to shyness and don’t exactly feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, so they may just use the like to keep it a simple bit of anonymous support for a post. No controversy involved, just a bit of not being as social as others
