Only on graph paper and 2d plotting in solidworks today. (Maybe on Sat or Sun will have basic part of 3d model to post), Design will be based on YF 19, tweak a bit of the Battroid leg shape, Fighter swan neck curve, vertical stabilizer storage and etc.

I wish this band got more attention: I caught a live performance of theirs years ago and they sounded good. Like a dark, 80s synthwave kinda vibe.

That must have sucked really bad. Right up there with getting a cheap, sucky toy instead of the Optimus Prime you wanted . Good thing we have these toys now instead of having to go to therapy .- 18163 replies

Hail Satan 🤘 I haven’t really seen much actual corn at the state fair, lots of things with corn bread, tortillas and syrup, but not much resembling healthy foods. Lots of deep fried things that vary from Rattlesnake to just a stick of butter and pretty much anything else that can be thrown in some grease, but not much recognizable corn

Already seen spot with a shotgun. I still think the humanoid design is more of a gimmick. If the robots ever really wanted to take over, they’d probably just use wheels or tracks and flying drones.

The animation was done by several studios: Nelson Shin founder of AKOM Production, Ltd handled many of the 30 episodes of season 3 which was responsible for alot of animation errors. Toei handled about 14 episodes and were higher quality, a few were handled by other subcontractors. one subcontractor produced the best animated season 3 episode: i watched transformers everyday afterschool but was too young to go see the movie so when season 3 started, i didn't know what happened. But I saw these promos before the movie (combined and edited:) and wanted to watch the movie so bad but was too young to go and no one would take me. honestly, this is the best autobot city then never saw it in the movie when i got older. Unicron's opening scene, his digestive veins are more aggressive in this trailer that was dumbed down in the movie.- 18163 replies

Science and Technology MEGA THREAD
M'Kyuun replied to Max Jenius's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
That is a historically poignant observation. For nigh everything that man has invented, if it could be weaponized, it was or has been. It's not for nothing that we regard a great deal of science fiction as prescient warnings- it oft speaks more about the mind of man than the technologies involved. -

Yeah, same. I didn't know robots having been progressing so quickly. Won't be long before they ship them with rifles and other weapons. -
Science and Technology MEGA THREAD
M'Kyuun replied to Max Jenius's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Both impressive and just a little unsettling. Imagine those things connected to an advanced AI. At that point, you're not far from a Terminator-like potential. I do have to wonder if the robots are acting under programming, or if they're being motion controlled by haptics or some other remote technology.
