Nice!  Those look ideal for Master Grade Mobile Suits, Yamato/Arcadia VF-1s, and larger Transformers as well.  Tons of customizing potential!

I still have an unfinished resin kit construction of a YF-22 battroid.  I had always thought that the aftermarket gundam hands were not quite the right ones for it. I will check these out when they hit the market and hopefully finally get around to finishing the build I started 13 years ago. LOL!

Did Kawamori-san work on this?  I swear that's not only his drawing style, but also his handwriting!

The way he writes "へ" in "への字" in particular hasn't changed since he did the designs for M+'s YF-21!

Kinda curious about the question mark in the decal sheet. Is it gonna be some naughty nose art? Or maybe an obscure marking from one of the variant paint jobs?

On the twitter page they reference the Arii kit's caution type decals, which has this (for the VF-1J)..so it only makes sense to include one of the nose-art inspired art pieces

Digging these little details. Color separation via the plastic is not so important to me but having them separate parts makes painting smooth and easy.

More Plamax BTS. The proportions of the shoulder on the non-armoured Battroid didn’t work with the shoulder missile pack, so it was widened by the kit design team.

I am out of country at the moment, so will see when I let it ship.

Apparently PLAMAX used a modeller’s “South Ataria Island” diorama as the backdrop for the VF-1D box art. Very cool.

Got mine sitting at hlj as well.

Just bent over for the $80+ shipping fees, but I went DHL.  FedEx is a pain if you aren't home to receive your package.  Should have mine in a day or two.

Might go Small Air Packet next time for shipping, especially for the Nousjadeul Ger.

If I recall, that model can be seen in the other model thread showing off cool builds...its the one where the SDF-1 actually rises up in flight

I love the manual. Casually cut off Minmays legs XD

I really want to get and build this one!!! Haven't tried the brand yet.  VF-1D is one of my old favs!  Hopefully BBTS will get it eventually.

So the only pending PLAMAX Macross kits are the Armored VF-1J, VF-19P battroid, and a Nose Collection series item?

Hope they announce some new stuff soon. Fire Valkyrie fighter would be nice. Or the missing Max and Miria units. Or more varieties of Super/Strike battroid I guess.

They did get one or two of the past ones, but I haven’t seen any since then. I kinda doubt it will happen
