the section on the various block numbers would be nice seriously though any info you feel like sharing would be greatly appreciated. as a random thought, does anyone else think we'll be seeing more of these books? I can't read anything in the book but just going by the title and various captions, it seems like a volume two covering the history of the VF-1 in space could be forthcoming. I'd also love to see more of these master file books covering other VF's.

Got mine around noon today, took a few pictures of the box but my battery was going dead so I have to put off taking pics. I'll upload a nice big picture set once it gets late enough to shoot some stuff (extra late tonight or tomorrow). I'll go over some finer points of the figure once I upload pics. First impressions are overall positive although there are a few little snags here and there. Also as a heads up to anyone who hasn't gotten theirs yet, the part that makes up the whip is made from a very thin brittle piece of plastic. be VERY careful when handling it (i.e. when inserting it into the handle) because it can easily break.

it actually looks kind of cool, but I'd be terrified of transforming something with that much clear plastic. I can hear all the plastic cracking just thinking about it.

my first thought would be that they're storage space for the little miniature figures that come with it.

You know, I've heard that argument a lot, but having looked at pictures form both cameras side by side, you really don't get a noticeable difference in noise until you're at such high ISO's that both cameras start turning out crap pictures anyways. It's sort of like arguing that broccoli farts are stink less than gas station burrito farts.

I hope they make shadow rising and the RLAM and plenty of sequals to both so that they make a poo-ton of money, then they can buy up BW and spread Robotech everywhere.
