a VF-1 is 14.23 meters or 46.6 feet. an F-16 is 14.8 meters or 49.4 feet. So the VF-1 is actually smaller, and I have no idea what the hell a "Falcometer" is. a VF-1 and a zentradi COULD hold a person in one hand. a zentradi is supposed to be 5 times the size of a human, so a human to a zentradi would be slightly taller than a 12 inch doll next to an average adult. a VF-1 is much taller than a zentradi so a person would be smaller in there hands than in a zentradi's hand. the scene in episode 2 where hikaru picks up minmei is about right.

well the VF-1 would still be around 18 inches in 1/32. the F-14 howerver would be more like 2 feet.

Disregard this, the 1/60 v.1's suck. sculpt in jet mode looks like a lawn dart (is functional as one too) and that's the best looking mode. Also not a fan of the YF-19. If you can only own 1 valk, get a YF-21. I love my YF-21 and my 1/60 v.2 VF-1S, both look gorgeous and have been perfect QC wise. Looking forward to the VE-1 and GPB-1S.

If you're considering getting the D5000, I would highly recommend taking a look at the Canon t1i. the t1i is only $50 dollars more and is arguably the better camera. It has a higher resolution sensor; lower high ISO noise; better live view and video functions; and a bigger, higher resolution screen. If this is your first SLR and compatibility with lens/flash units you already have isn't an issue, I'd highly recommend the t1i. If you absolutely MUST have a Nikon, spend the extra money and get the D90. the D90 gives you a better viewfinder and a bigger, better screen in a better built body. also the D90 has an internal motor so it works with all F-mount AF lenses, unlike the D5000 which only works with AF-I and AF-S lenses. personally, I looked at all three and ended up going with the Canon 50D instead. It had slightly better performance than the D90 in a few areas (sensor resolution, continuous shooting speed, etc, etc.), but Mostly I liked it because I preferred the look, feel and UI of Canon cameras. Also I like Canon Lenses better than Nikon's. I love the USM auto focus motor and I think Canon image stabilization is better than Nikon vibration reduction (also there's nothing cooler than a big, white L-series telephoto ). everyone loves sexy dolls. (picture taken with my awesome 50D, GO CANON!)

If they were lego's this would be pretty awesome, but since it's mega bloks, its not. If a parent buy's they're kids mega bloks, it's a good sign they don't love their children.

that's another thing, why would you set a show like this around the south pole? How is the arctic a good backdrop for high-seas action drama? it's so gray and cold and depressing. Once again, if they had any sence about them they'd set this someplace tropical. bright sun, sandy beaches, crystal clear waters with hot women in bikini's snorkeling, what does the arctic have? Ice, and cold. relocated the show to someplace like the Caribbean or maybe south-east asia if you want something more exotic. Anywhere that has a little more life than the arctic.

The problem with this show is that it's boring as all hell. I don't care about anything that's going on and it's not really that compelling. But I think this is a problem that's inherent to the whole reality/documentary format. Now if they wanted to elevate this show above the level of half-assed Deadliest Catch rip off that it's at now, they really need to give the whole concept a reworking. instead of a documentary style reality show, Make it a scripted show shot in a documentary style. I personally love the whole mocumentary action-movie style of film-making, and by making it scripted they can start adding in some real interesting content. First they need all new characters with more personality; Give the whalers more screen time, make their captain a modern day Ahab. Recast all the anti-whaling people to, Make them a real eclectic mix of mercenaries and eco-terrorists; and give them a better name, sea Shepards just sounds so weak. Also they can spice up the action this way, no more of this crap with stink bombs and LRAD's. There calling it Whale WARS, I expect to see some combat. Wild west high sea's gunfights with Pirate attacks and crazy PMC's, speed boat chases and at least one instance of taking out an attack helicopter with a sniper rifle. basically I'm picturing a cross between Moby-Dick and Black Lagoon. There's a really brilliant concept burred deep within the wormed offer hunk of blubber that is this show, This could be the next 24 if someone out there in TV land has the brains and balls to do what has to be done to save this ship.

It wouldn't be THAT hard. All they have to do is have the colony ship they left in pick up all the people they left on earth (they don't need to explain how, it's not like they explained anything else), rescue Rick Hunter and the SDF-3 with more techno-babel and fly off into the galaxy to find a new home while being chased by the Cylons Mooninites Hadonites. Copy the rest of the plot from BSG and you've got yourself Shadow Rising. The story Just rights itself.

Michael was going to take Sheryl back to frontier while Alto stayed back to get one last flight in with ranka. then the vajra show up and then the planet explodes, Michael piggybacks on a vajra ship through there fold gate. Alto and ranka made it off the planet before it blew up though and use the super armor+super fold booster to catch up with the vajra.

You want Yamato to make Blowsperior and Bartley ride armors, made by beagle? I'm not sure how that would work.

what, you don't? My place is pressurized with argon. Having to were scuba gear everywhere is a little cumbersome but it's worth it to keep everything fresh and minty.
