    IMO, I believe what was shown in S2 could have been condensed in 6 episodes, and left the remaining 2 for the finale, and then S3 to wrap up the story.

    Aha, cheers both for the correction. Well if it's Bruce Timm, I dunno why I keep hearing that it's 'Meh' so far. Waiting for all the episodes to air before watching it myself.

    House of Dragons will end with a fourth Season now. Either they figured how to milk in lot more episodes, or need to split the last intended season into 2 due to scheduling / costs?

    The "official" reason it was done to start season 3 with a bang. But I remain convinced it was due to WB need to spread costs between the seasons while still recovering from the strike.

    I agree. Our small actual theatres here in Greece have almost perished within a year. Only in the Malls they've survived, and also the open summer theatres.

    Could very well be right. Their way to convert the PuP market to start buying the bigger and more profitable one.

    Relied less on Deadpool and more on the character's around him, especially the cameos that hid behind the curtains numerous plot-holes. They clearly said "Whatever they did on the last Spiderman, quadruplet it, then write a story around it." But it worked bringing in the numbers at the dying theatre market, which now relies on a handful of decent films a year.

    The whole initial concept of pop-up parade, was to give fans figma figures sized at a affordable price while sacrificing all articulation and accessories. (Their way of competing against bandai's figu-zero.) Now, the line is creeping up in price, and they're also making unique sculpts at double the scale and double the price...

    Well... This thread has been a quite read. Adding my few lines then bailing before it gets too hot around here. - Since Disney purchased SW, it's tried it's hardest to transform a boy brand into a girl brand. It's failed. And keeps failing. - Acolyte was always bound to step on this shattered franchise and break it into more little pieces. They hired a questionable director with the CLEAR objective to project her personal contemporary "views" which she was even open about in interviews, all while being smug as she tossed both SW lore and the basic of story telling into the bin. - Every Disney SW attempt has been plates filled with slimy expired member-berries. For anyone trying to the defend any minimal millimeter of the Acolyte, then they're NOT SW FANS. They're just the perfect consumers.

    Walter White started all this. But's it's damn hard copying him. Nothing miss-understood there. Straight up murderous thug. Exactly how the original Penguin is. Somewhere in the Multi-Verse 🤣 (It's the now the favorite story patch of all these franchises' writers.)

    Ryan always made this clear from the start of production. But... we got a easily avoidable fourth Matrix film almost two decades later...

    I went down the phase briefly of buying double and triples, so to have one open, one left sealed, and sometimes a third kept in the original shipping box with the plastic wrap. It was a crazy. But I don't feel too ashamed as an acquaintance during the Yamaha/Arcadia peak, he literary brought 4 of 5 of each of those valks and also went crazy with the vintage 1/55. Three to display in each mode, and 1 or 2 to keep sealed. But the master plan to eventually have this great display room of valks from wall to wall, never came to be as he lost interest. Last I heard he's trying hard to flog his entire collection of almost 300 valks in bulk, but as he's asking for premium e-bay prices, he's still stuck with it. Now it's years I buy singles, fewer, open them, and enjoy them more.

    That went into the deep during the strike, even though apparently, accordingly to Reddit "experts", pre-production was already almost completed (?).
