  1. I’m pretty sure those are just painted black
  2. No pants day?
  3. Personally I’m not a fan of transforming kits. They usually end up being hand grenades or they make too many compromises. But I do agree about hasegawa being a bit behind the times. They are more of an aircraft model company though. They do need a better vf 1 battroid. It looks good and all, but kinda floppy and falls apart around the hips. They seem to be getting better with mecha though with each new release, but that armored one I think would look better if they did the lower legs different. Personally I don’t mind that the armor isn’t removable since the kit is pretty cheap. I think they were going the realistic route and kept the small feet and hands from their earlier battroid rather than the magically bigger hands and feet from the anime.
  4. Since the title is your rarest Star Wars item, someone might only have the most common item ever but that might be the rarest item they have
  5. Is that one of the rifles from kyoukai senki?
  6. I prefer you use the old one. It’s way more entertaining that way
  7. One of those lines that sounds far worse in the western world
  8. I’m actually surprised by them . I don’t remember them being a super great toy company other than maybe He Man back in the old days. The amber collection dinosaurs look really great, but for me after this raptor with all the crazy joints and cheap price, I’m really loving the Hammond collection. I’m also eyeballing the T. rex from the Hammond collection and it looks great for $50. It looks more like a premium figure that others would charge quite a bit more. Too bad he’s sold out at the moment, but the comic con version looks really fun with the dude on the crapper . I’m betting that’s gonna be a tough one to get cheap. Mattel really upped their game with these highly articulated dinosaurs
  9. Tried to make him look more menacing by having a vitruvian hacks skeleton riding him. I think I failed because they look like they’re having a great time together
  10. Yeah, I really think that this particular line is what I dreamed about as a kid. I kinda want the gallimimus after seeing some pictures and it doesn’t look too expensive either. Things have come a long way since I was little and all the dinosaur toys were rubber static pose items.
  11. I loved the anime back in the 90’s. I have a bad feeling about the live action
  12. Yeah, it’s almost more adorable than terrifying. I hear the Amber collection ones are closer to movie accurate, but I don’t have $35 to spend on a dinosaur toy. The stands on the amber ones hilariously appear as though the dinosaurs are constantly peeing, so I guess that’s a fun bonus. As far as this little Hammond collection version, it was a total impulse buy and I’m not disappointed, the imperfections actually make me smile. There aren’t too many fun toys for around ten bucks these days, I felt alright skipping lunch that day
  13. Could try silicone baking sheets. The paints I’ve used don’t seem to stick to that stuff
  14. Love this show. It’s so simple, yet artistically complex
  15. I always get kids logic and kitz concept confused since they’re similarly named and both do Robotech
  16. Looks like the prologue video I saw was pulled. I was checking my video history and it’s gone now. I can’t find it on the search either. I think the English subtitle version is out really soon. from what I gather the girl’s parents try an escape with the prototype for the main gundam and the mom drags her along for the ride. But there were no subtitles, so I’m just guessing that’s her mom and her dad was in a different mobile suit to help with the escape. For a series , it has a high quality look and the little prologue gives a reason why they probably call her a witch
  17. I saw a bootleg on YouTube. It has the main girl as a young child, but it wasn’t in English, so I kinda pieced things together. It has a battle where the prototype for the main gundam gets in a battle. The animation is really smooth on this one
  18. The movies may not be that great, but I dig this little guy. He’s got stupid big feet, but it helps to keep him standing. There’s a good amount of joints and just a little over ten bucks at target. I think they’ve been around a bit, but I hadn’t payed attention. Really fun little guy for the price
  19. That red giant team is going up for preorder on the p Bandai U.S.store along with a couple other newer items and another round of rereleases

    Hi-Metal R

Yeah, it does a lot for having minimal joints.
