So I was about doubling the price on those older figures. The older play arts figures were only about 20 bucks. I thought I was off by saying 40 bucks, but I guess I forgot how inexpensive that line was when they came out. The cloud on the bike was surprisingly cheap and now I’m just floored by how expensive they have become and now a half size figure is about four times the cost of the full size ones. I do still think that new cloud looks a bit better though

Lately I’ve been liking smaller scale as well. But this one is the same price as my older larger size version. It’s a bit hard to justify another expensive cloud since I already have the older ones. Prices really have gone up on things, my Cloud with the bike from the advent children movie a while back was just over $100 and that’s quite a lot of toy. The old Vincent was only $40 or less.

It’s also funny that they have a version of him in a dress. I’d probably be interested if I didn’t already have the play arts version. This one looks a bit better, but the price is a bit high.

Hope they’re right, but it’s a pretty low bar. I did like predator 2 and predators though.

Nice to see a little more samurai showdown and excited about soul calibur. That’s like the first fighting game I loved and one of the last that I really played

Andor seems really long compared to the other shows on d+

There’s other stuff like Vox Machina that’s more of a parody and non related fantasy stuff like the new game of thrones show and lord of the rings and Witcher and Willow. This is kinda the time to cash in while fantasy stuff is hot. A few years ago it was zombies and super heroes. Fantasy stuff seems to be the in thing right now. Hopefully some good things come from the craze

You may have without realizing it. They ended up cheating in a few scenes in the later entries of the og trilogy and bought some of the mpc kits to save time for the model makers rather than scratch building all of them. I think the above is a rerelease of one of those kits if I’m not mistaken.

I’m with you there. Sometimes bad movies can still be kinda fun and this looks like a train wreck, but there are things here and there that I’m kinda liking, like that chompy box, my daughter made one of those out of card paper a couple years ago IMG_0550.MOV

I feel the same. At least it won’t be a loss of cash at the theater if it sucks. It’s also just a movie so it’s not like a waste of time series like obi wan

I’m not going to buy these since they’re so far from the look that I want from a Mospeada toy, but I’m still curious about them. How has Moshow handled transformable toys? I know they’ve done some ripoff gundam stuff that’s non transforming, but I really haven’t paid that much attention to them, so I was just wondering about their transforming toys, or if they’ve had any.

Are these going to be uncensored?

It’s like they stole a bunch of ideas from other designs

Macross isn’t as popular as gundam. But the toys and kits are a quite a bit more collectible from Macross. It’s probably due to the high quality of early Macross entries. Some of those old kits and toys from Macross still hold up and the fact that there aren’t many rare gundam designs that don’t get a better version or rerelease every couple years make gundam less collectible even with the bigger popularity. Even when Macross stuff gets rereleased people buy them because the quality for a lot of those items was better than most of the classic gundam stuff. Star Wars has had quite a few improvements in toys and kits over the years, but somehow the nostalgia for the old items that were common as a kid and the destructive parents Americans had adds to the rarity of those older items. That and the brand is far bigger than either Macross or Gundam.

I think the only thing making this rare is that they changed the card backing right after it came out to green

I can se the interest since they are upgrading the pilot figures quite a bit and there are some of those toys that aren’t as easy to find.

All my old stuff went missing, most were thrown out by my mom. My rarest items are the mid to late 90’s action figures

Hmr is basically the renewal. Although they have added some new thing here and there like the smaller wings and later the upper shoulder cover. And in some pics it looks like side covers if they ever get around to the tv 1s

I haven’t seen the show either. I bought a bunch of the kits including the truck and everything design wise is great. Unfortunately I haven’t heard anything good about the show
