Nice work. It looks great and cool stand

I honestly didn’t like Ds9 for the story, but the effects looked good for the time. But I felt the opposite with B5. I liked the story more, but the effects were a bit off putting. I do prefer B5 space combat though. Star Trek combat felt dated since it was based on combat from a much older series. The movement of the fighters and designs for the ships looked better as well, just too bad they had that reboot style of animation that didn’t quite fit live action as well. I think the overall designs in B5 were the first sci fi ship and fighter designs that I liked since Battle Star Galactica or Buck Rogers as far as live action shows went.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, in theaters summer 2023
Big s replied to Duke Togo's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Yeah, that was a good ending. It left your imagination thinking this guy could have adventure after adventure without there being a continuation. Or he could’ve retired and lived a great life, it was open ended but perfect.- 355 replies

No, but even though it bugged me a little back then it probably would seem far worse now

It’s been a little while since I’ve heard this one. I seem to get more Boston than Chicago as far as place bands on my randomized playlist

Not sure, but there is a click tab in the joint and maybe you didn’t fold it past the tab. I know I used the term click tab, but it makes more of a barely audible thump. I couldn’t think of a better term

I was already planning on staying away. I may see it for free if I hear from the right people, but I’m just gonna take the happy ending from Crystal Skull at this point even though I don’t think they should have gone beyond Last Crusade.- 355 replies

More like “ peaked in elementary school kid”. as far as the AI thing, it almost looks like images that I’ve already seen and maybe by another AI Robotech thing. There are a few images that look really familiar and may have been reused from somewhere else

I liked titan ae, but I feel the exact opposite about time travel/ multiverse shenaniganry. It’s done to death and just seems like a cheap gimmick

I kinda figured. After hearing confirmation that Keaton was only in a few minutes, and most of it was kinda cringy, I figured I can skip it

The Ciri doesn’t look bad, but that face on Geralt is a mess.

Looking good so far. I’m still hoping they do a kit for Dagger

That’s a cool display. It’s like a homage to earlier decades on those shelves

That’s an awesome bonus. it’s like it gave birth to baby Macross

Eels were one of my favorites back when I was little. It was great for tub time. I remember finding one of mine when I was in high school a few years later and those screws were pretty rusty

They really didn’t put much if any advertising for this one. I think this is the first I’ve heard anything about it -

I used to think a spin off movie or short series would be funny having him as an adult scamming would be adventurers- 355 replies

I’ve been tempted to buy some of their western action figures, Dime store legends I think was the name. I’ve heard good things about them, but am a bit reluctant to get into another line. I’ve got old fantasy and sci fi as well as comic related items and trying to see where I would put Wild West I think the naming of their toy lines are fun as well, like the spaghetti 6 and the company is Chicken Fried Toys.

If you can disassemble them and have the equipment to scan and print the parts, it should be super easy if you know what you’re doing
-
You can try sanding off any leftovers and then use gradually higher grit until it’s near polishing, then try some gloss and see if it does anything to take away the fogging. If it does and it’s still not smooth enough, the try sanding a bit more and use a polishing compound and see if that works. Once super glue gets on clear parts, sometimes the fogging never goes away, but sometimes it can be saved. You may have to disassemble it enough to get the clear windshield out and work both the exterior as well as interior good luck and hope this helps
