    I'll give Anime-Export a chance now that I have it in hand. They stopped talking to me before they shipped it. They offered to check it... and then never did and stopped talking to me. Now that I have the toy... maybe they'll do something for me because it's a more traditional "hey, my toy arrived broken" type request? We'll see... if not I'll reach out to someone in Japan. If someone has the right foot and doesn't need it, let me know!

    Uh oh guys... I think something is afoot! I'm assuming they're supposed to be mirror images... it also looks like the one in the right in this picture is angled out a bit so I'm assuming that's the problem foot?

    I'll do that when I get home... I don't trust my own judgement on these things. The feet were pretty jostled on first look.

    A little early to even say "a lot" at this point... a toy with insufficient glue is a pretty common issue for all toys (and, thankfully, very easily remedied). The broken wind screen and broken pivot were serious but only one case of both so far. I've seen a few comments pop up on my Ride Armor reviews saying that people broke their 52F/T. At the end of the day, all of these designs are crazy complicated so a lot of care is going to be necessary (and there will be lots of areas of potential issues from the factory also) I think the delays here just had to do with factory availability... not Sentinel breaking artist proofs and requesting durability improvements.

    It's not a tweaked mold. Parts were run in December but assembled in a couple batches as far as I can tell. Assembly may have improved. I'm basing this off their response last year when I asked if there April (at the time) release would differ from January and they said no, it was the same run.

    I gave up on AE and shipped mine. If it's screwed up I will hope a friend in Japan can help.

    You shouldn't be worried at all, BBTS probably won't get theirs for a few weeks. They need to import from Japan, then ship out... And they don't use EMS to import.

    The technocrats would tell you that in 5 years you won't need to own a car. You'll tap an app and a driverless car will appear at your driveway. You'll probably pay a few hundred a month for the service and that will be the end of car ownership except for 'enthusiasts' who will gradually be killed off by rising taxes on gas and vehicle registration.

    I finally pulled out a couple Robot Spirits Patlabor toys. Overall.... I'm not terribly impressed but I did have some fun with them.

I cheated by shining a flash light on it when I took the picture which created the glow. The smashed wall is a Tamashii effect called "impact" and is available in gray or beige last I checked. I wish I had more opportunities to pull them out, they're a lot of fun.

    You know what's funny to think about? If this were a Star Wars movie, the fans would absolutely DESTROY it.

    Aww that's sweet! I'm thankful for everyone who checks out the site and my videos and the MW community for their feedback that help make it all better and provide such great conversations. Next week I'll also be thankful for my VF-1S Hikaru, SV-51 (hope ankles are okay), and a VR-41H!

    I honestly don't know. I suspect that both are tracked. So all traffic is good traffic and related spend is even better. Thanks for the support guys! Man, I might come back from Thanksgiving with the in-laws to have both a VR-41H and a VF-1S DX waiting for me... it's going to be a real tough decision on which to crack open first. Probably the VF-1S since the VF-1 is still the king (when it comes to views at least :))

    Hey Votoms fans, maybe someone can help me out. Does anyone know if there was an AG-V17 release. I have accounted for the first 16 and for 18,19,and 20, but I haven't been able to track down AG-V17. I thought a quick Google search would tell me what I'm looking for but that came up empty too where as AG-V16 and AG-V18 produce immediate results. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks -
