    I know what you mean by crazy. I bought one Future GPX car at a sale price from HLJ and now I have four. And I don't even like GPX! I also tried to only have one YF-29 but I ended up with all the variants. And it's not even my favorite valk! The same with the VF-25, I have all of them. This is why I stopped buy Transformers years ago cause they keep coming. It's true I can sell my stuff at any time but I'm only gonna do that if I need money for an Emergency. In the meantime, I'm gonna take some pics and post them here someday.

    How much disposable income does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?...I mean, to complete a macross collection? At the rate the new valkyries are coming out every year, the world may never know.

    I think I will just get this for the battroid mode. The fighter and gerwalk just look so crappy.

    Exactly, HLJ is getting crappier. In fact, they are charging 5000 yen more than everyone else for the SAP edition. Also, their shipping rate may be cheap but they do a HORRIBLE job packing your item. If you order multiple items then they play tetris with them. They literally just toss the item in or make sure it's stuck inside the box and put a couple of air bubble pieces. Any damage that happnes to the box transfers over to the items. Ami-ami, Hobby search, CD jp, NY all use thicker boxes and plastic wrap your item along with bubble wrap or paper wrap. I only use HLJ if it's absolutely necessary.

    I just saw the new pics of the 22 and It needs major refining. If this is the final product then forget it. It looks like a hundred dollar toy max and thats it. There isn't even no details or panel lines. I keep thinking about how the first release of the VF-25 from Bandai was so-so an than later they refined it in the renewal. Perhaps this company will do that down the line.

    That's why I hate HLJs shipping meathods. They just throw the item in the box with a few air bubbles. Every other company nicely bubble wraps the item with padding.

    NY finally shipped mine. I'm really worried about seeing those gaps on my 19. It sucks we can't have perfection considering we pay so damn much for these things. well, here's hoping.

    Yeah, HLJ is the only one who does this. They litterely just throw the item in the box with some air bubble pieces and thats it. I hate them for that considering every other compnay bubblewraps my orders in some way.

    I got mine from amiami. The EMS shipping was surprisingly 4000 yen and the item was well sealed and packed. Thanks to the weak yen I paid a total amount of $301.56. Not bad at all. Also I am glad I didn't order from HLJ cause they would have just thrown the vf-0d in a box with a few air bubbles and shipped it. I really hate them for doing that with every big item.

    I pre-orderd mine from AmiAmi. Atleast they bubble wrap and take care of the item before they ship it. HLJ just throws the items in the box with a few air bubbles things. Also HLJs prices are always higher than Ami Ami and hobby search.

    My YF-30 is still chilling in New York. This makes 8 days now. I think it got food poisoning from the Shorma. Please get well and hurry up already!

    I have never transformed any of my Valks and probably never will. The YF-30 will be no exception espicially with such a beautiful fighter mode.

    I finally got my mint chocolate chip ice cream yesterday and I have to say that it is Delicious! This is my first DX renewal VF-25 and it's the most tight and perfect piece I have ever gotten.

    Are you talking about the original manga SFX dub or the crappy new dub of the ep 4 on the BD?

    I have seen Macross plus dozens of times since the mid 90s( Manga videos) and have memorized the sound effects and most of the dialogs in every scene. Having said this, the dubbing in episode 4 of the BD is horrendous. It's missing the emotion and the performance of the origonal and most importantly, it's missing the sound effects at every key scene. I tried watching with the jap dub but eh... Maybe vol 4 will get fixed with the right dub when it is released in the US market?

    Me too. I love the 19 and the rest of the valks for their fighter modes and I too have never transformed any of em. I leave em all in the box most of the time cause I'm too lazy to dust em every week.

    Fighter for me too. I love Macross for the cool Jet designs and don't really care much for the other 2 modes. In fact, I have never even transformed any of my Valks.
