Well I guess I'll just leave it in the box as a display piece or something cause I can't stand to display it due to the nose drooping down and that damn intake area gap. You know what the worst part is? I wanted this thing so bad and I saved for this piece of crap for 6 months and now I can't even enjoy it like the rest. Anyways, thanks for your help and all the info.

Yes the feet pull out and click into place. I put the fighter vertical on em and they are nice and tight and don't sink into the legs.

So I have a reissue with v1 intake/hips problems and v2 thrusters? Well that's just prime.

Yeah I tried it this morning and they click when I move then up or down and when I open em up. Also here are some pics of what I was talking about.

Yeah it had the plastic on the tail fins and on the entire cockpit/nose area. I don't know about the ankles cause I haven't transformed it in anyway. i'll post some pics of it tomorrow to clarify what I mean.

Got it from ebay last week. It was a "buy it now" from a seller in Hong Kong. That seller had sold 1 already and got no complaints in the feedback thus I got one.

I just got my first ever VF-0S today and I wanted to throw it against the wall and smash it to pieces. As soon as I took it out I noticed that the area around the head had something loose. The 2 panels were out so I snapped them back in. Than I realized that the intake area wasn't aligned with the nose/cockpit area where it should fit. It's the yellow area on the sides. Than I picked it up and noticed that the the entire nose/cockpit area was down by a degree and was not aligned with the whole fuselage. In the black area where the Skull logo is painted there is a gap. Than I tried to remove the intake covers. The first one came out OK but the next one almost broke my damn nail. At this point I was holding the dame thing upside down by the cockpit area in hopes it will ease into place with the whole body. It didn't. Than I just let out a few curse words and put it back in the case and back in the closet. Does this sound like a reissue? If it is than please tell me that all this is normal on the reissues VF-0S. I spent almost two hundred HARD EARNED bucks on this damn thing and this happened. I have never been so pissed of at any of my valks before. Just want to hurt the persons responsible that made my VF-0S. ARGH!

I am married and have a baby girl plus I work full time. So as you can see I hardly ever have time to enjoy my collection. My significant other (wife) doesn't give a crap about my stuff and often threatens to break it whenever I piss her off about something.

Guys your collections are amazing! I just have a couple of questions to ask all of you. How long does it take to dust your collection? How often do you do it?

I haven't transformed my 19 and probably never will. I can't bare the thought of breaking something else cause I paid so much for this thing. But if I ever want to see how the 19 looks in battroid mode, I just take out my 1/72 YF-19.

Crap! I just broke my right gold lined Canard on the 19. Why the hell did they make the peg so thin? This is why I haven't touched the landing gear cause I am afraid it will break as well.

The funny thing is, I only had problems with the new Yamato Valks. My original 1/60 and 1/72 vr , which only cost me $50-$70, are fine and problem free.

Hurray the tab thing worked! And I fixed the wing problem by squeezing the hell out of the wing tab into the leg. I don't think it will ever separate but that's OK. I am getting my confidence back thanks to you guys...I think I will try to deploy the landing gears next and see what happens.

ARGH I got YAMATODDDD!!! I just got a new 25th anniversary YF-19. This is my second next generation Yamato valk and I am pissed to say the least. All these problems are in fighter mode right out of the box. I have not yet transformed it. 1) The nose is loose and doesn't click properly into the cockpit area leaving a gap. 2) The wings don't snap properly into the slots. The left one keeps popping out. 3) I cant seem to fit the pilot into his seat. Am I suppose to pull the seat out and than put him on? 4) The shoulder don't go all the way down in plane mode. 5) The plate on the bottom where you insert the stand attachment is bent. 6) The tail fins are very loose. 7) Nothing wants to go securely in where it should go. The canards don't want to pose correctly. They keep moving out of place. I did not dare check to see if the landing gears opened up or anything else. I just calmly put it back in the box and threw it in the closet. I did not expect this re-issue to be this bad in QC. Yeah my first $150.00+ piece of crap. Hurray.

I really hope the reissues are coming soon cause I can't hold on to getting the restocks for much longer. Argh!

My 1/48 VF-1J Miria Arms don't lock into place with the legs when the super parts are attached in plane mode. Any solutions?

I really want a VF-0 and I am ready to place my order for a VF-0A bundle (cause it's cheaper than the 0S) BUT what you all are saying is that I should consider waiting until Yamato releases a VF-0 v3? how long will the wait be you think?

Hey guys I have a few questions. 1) About the VF-0A v2 bundle and the VF-0S v2 bundle. Which one has all the bugs fixed? 2) Does the intake cover pop out on the VF-0 to show the turbine? 3) Is it true that Yamato has lost the macross licence to Bandai? So no more new Yamato valks or re-issues of the previous ones ever? Thanks

Yesterday I got the Hasbro Obi-Wan saber. I had to get it after my friend showed me his Hasbro Yoda saber. The sound of it was sooo cool...the hum and all. I think this will be my first and last. As for me getting a $300 saber...It will never happen.

Hey guys I got my YF-19 2nd version at a flee market for only $20! He also sold me his 1/60 valks for $10 a piece. The guy selling it was a fan in need of money and I was more than happy to help out. Miricals do happen sometimes!

Whos Idea was it to make a Tv show based on the beginning of the star trek universe? What were they thinking? I mean the Enterprise looks ugly, the crew sucks and they expect us to go from seeing nice ships and battles , like in Ds9 and voyager, to the crap in enterprise? Its good that this show is going down and hopefully Paramount will come to there senses and do better. Whatever they do I hope it takes place in the future and not the crappy and basic past!
