Fun with magnets finally done. 1/20,000 SDF-1. I'm calling it the Cosmo Fleet Custom. Props for who ever can catch all the line-art mistakes! Don't worry, I wont be offended.

I like your pink valk! I also opened my SDF-1. A bit concerned about the metal pins on the arms. What do you guys think? Any danger there?

Next to the valks, the Monster doesn't look too huge. Space is always a worry.

I'm with you on enemy mecha and destroids in this line. I have my main stuff in 1/60, but HMR is a great way to round out some VF repaints that I never had space for...Can't wait for my first CF! Need someone to stand guard after all.

Nice anime blue on the Yamato. I'm working on my 1/1000 to have lighting effects. But really slowed down because my pin-vice will just not drill through the turrets. Bummer...

Yes, their business decisions are mind boggling: Roy is web exclusive and Brownie is retail. The only explanation I can think of is that they used Roy to gauge local Japan demand, before a full retail launch later. But you would think the Brownie would be the exclusive in order to avoid bad sales. If a bunch of Brownies end up as shelf warmers over there, it would be terrible for the line.

Hmm... does this release of the CF Brownie mean an increased chance we get a VF-1D, the M&Ms and all the rest we want? Seems like it to me, since a lot of that stuff might be considered more market friendly.

I agree HM-R may slow down a bit. The lack of global rights keeps Macross down. It will always be a niche until that is cleared up, probably never...
