    Saab could have the Gripen produced in the US if they order it, just like Brazil's order. It has already been done before with the Harrier jump jet and Goshawk trainer.

    After doing some research, it has been stated by Kawamori that the YF-19 is inspired by the X-29. It's weird as the YF-19 bears a MUCH closer resemblance to Grumman's Concept 9 ATF proposal than the X-29, and also the Concept 9 proposal has been designed and submitted to the USAF around 1982, way before work on M+ has been started.

    Or maybe it is due to a combination of several reasons such as economic, political and social, as I don't think it is mostly cultural as I am pretty sure the UN is not systematically eradicating their culture, as they might have learned from colonization on Earth.

    I think the reason why they want to secede is due to economics,with the NUN government unfairly getting the lion's share of products from Windermere (which is a very common reason for revolts in places such as Spanish-era Philippines) and calling them imperialists due to that.

    It looks like a NMC IMO as when you look at it closely, the prongs are only short segments at the bow. The overall shape also points to NMC.

    Just compare the colonization fleet route maps in Frontier (where it is labeled) and Delta.

    Regarding heat dissipation I assume VF's have built-in radiators in the wings for that. As for the ships, while some apparently have radiators (such as the Uraga class CV and Sunnyflower agricultural ship), the others without radiators most likely vent heat to super dimensional space.

    I once made a flight simulator addon of an upgraded F-14 (based on the Advanced Tomcat proposal that got passed over in favor of the Super Hornet) with Meteor missiles replacing AMRAAM and IRIS-T replacing Sidewinder. Meteor could be dual-packed as well, and an AESA radar would make it better. However, in real life Iran would be the only potential customer for such upgrade.

    The Dream Chaser is actually made by Sierra Nevada Space Systems, not Boeing. But yes, the Sv-262 drones do resemble it.

    If I get it right, the VF-27 while requiring a cyborg pilot (who can cope with the G-forces much better than regular pilots) still has an ISC and EX-Gear as well. So I think the SV-262 has an ISC like other VF's in its generation.

    Most likely the ship is made out of high tensile strength material (hypercarbon probably). Battle 7 did it too in Episode 48 of M7.
