Someone already wrote up the synopsis on Wikipedia and since it's out in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, guess it's time to enforce spoiler policy.

All Things Videogame Related: EXTREME VS!!
azrael replied to Keith's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
The said we will learn from this when Sim City came out and burned people. They said it again when BF4 came out and crashed (literally). If Titanfall turns out to be a winner that it looks like, then I expect it to go downhill with sequels as long as EA is still the distributor. And that's just last year's big releases. EA's record is well known.- 6879 replies

His identity is less know to the general public because he was introduced only back in 2005. Besides the geeks, the general public doesn't really "know" the character. All the general public knows is that Sebastian Stan is portraying him and he also portrayed Bucky in the 1st movie. They don't really know the rest of the story.- 210 replies

It was EA that rushed DICE with BF4, and Maxis and Sim City, hence my concern.- 6879 replies

Jeremy Irons as Alfred? I think that was thought of by a few sites as a possibility so I can go with that. If they can toss in some Alfred-sarcasm like this, I'll be happy. As for Jesse Eisenberg...not sure where they're going with that...Emphasis on Lex as a brain more than brawn?

Here's a copy of the e-mail from Mckeever to that blogger who asked, posted on FB. Called it pages ago. And crickets keep chirping. Meanwhile at MW: *They* can blame Big West all they want, but it was the lawyers representing HG that sent the C&D.

Which is why I'm concerned that the game has a March release date. The alpha test is limited right now with beta testing running from Feb 14-19, limited to those that pre-ordered. I played the BF4 beta and it was felt more like an alpha. Heck, those of us who are playing BF4 now still feel like this game should have stayed beta for a lot longer. The rapid release seems to echo BF4.- 6879 replies

It does seem to match the toy descriptions from a few weeks ago. But production art to screen usually varies a bit. http://news.toyark.com/2014/01/05/tmnt-2014-movie-toy-descriptions-110682

I'm bowing out until they show the C&D request. You blame one party, then a few days later, blame another party. Then start deleting/hiding the conflicting statements. If they can't figure out who to blame and won't show proof, where after this much time has elapsed I would question anything they post, then that by itself says something. And one other thing, people don't understand that a lawyer is technically a 3rd party.
-
I'll maintain the stance, "Proof or it did not happen." Seriously, this is not a hard thing to understand. Who sent the C&D? Then obviously, you violated an IP of whomever sent you the C&D. We have this copy/pasted from their now defunct project page:

They can post the C&D request. They can post it or we can say they're lying. First it was HG, now it's Big West. Who sent the request? I'm not asking "What is the conflict with the trademark & copyright?", I'm asking "Who sent the letter?".
-
This post: What he said. Who sent the C&D? Whom are they representing? This is normally clearly stated on the letter. If we want to clear this up, they need to post the C&D request letter. It would be hard to believe anything they say at this point unless they post the letter, especially if they are changing their story on who sent the letter. As the saying goes, post the letter or it never happened.
