  1. Sources: Wonder Woman Not... Again, I'm gonna just sit here and avoid the page hit-whoring with some of these rumors. We still don't even know how much of a role Wonder Woman has in this flick.
  2. Depends on how bad does it look currently. I'm thinking more along the lines of out-of-focus, grainy wedding video-type of pictures. Capcom v. SNK will probably look the same as it does on your current setup.

  4. Yes. Because the contents of each issue are different due to the rearrangement, the covers would have to be different. They may or may not use the same artwork. Hidetaka Tenjin has created some new artwork for the covers. Every kid has to leave the nest at some point.
  5. FYI: CES2014 is on this week in Las Vegas, Jan. 7-10. Keynote speeches, product intros, concept product demos, etc. Prepare for flood of gadget news.
  6. You probably will only marginal (or no) improvement with lower-res media. But at the same time, you'll probably notice the up-converted media. As in, if it looks bad at whatever resolution it is, then it's gonna look a lot worst when up-scaled.
  7. Different publisher, different arrangement on the issues since there are now 80 issues over 50. What's different? There's more material, more info covering the Macross Frontier movies since the original publication finished during the release of the movies, new artwork, etc. If you own the original 50, there's less incentive to get the new ones as one would own ~2/3 of the material already. The new release does have some corrections to the original release. Hobby Link Japan. Amazon-Japan. Anime-Books.com. CD-Japan. You'll have to pay import fees however.
  8. You Whovians get 1 straight season instead of a split. But you have to wait till Autumn 2014. On the bright side, no more Malcolm Tucker-level swearing. Moffat reaffirms no split for Series 8

  10. That's up to you. As Mike said, it's speeds "up to" that speed that they advertise. You may get those speeds at some time during the day but there's no guarantee. What you should look at is your yearly costs vs usage. If on average, you are not getting the speeds they advertise consistently, then it's probably not worth the extra $132/year.
  11. It's not hype if you're transferring data across your internal LAN. If your Ethernet is capable of 1Gbps, and you have a gigabit switch in that router, then you'll be able to transfer at those speeds on your internal network.
  12. Probably should have mentioned that you should run it a few times and get the average of your tests. Sometimes you can get faster, sometimes it will be slower.
  13. Just a note when doing a speed test, it's always best to do it under optimal conditions, i.e., wired directly to the modem or wired directly from computer->router->modem or computer->modem. This will give you a better idea of what kinds of speeds you are capable of getting.
  14. Yes, they are upgrading their speeds to attract customers. And with other companies trying to offer higher speeds, this will be a continuous cycle. As we are just hitting speeds of >100 Mbps (unless you're getting FiOS and their 1Gbps speeds) on home speeds, I doubt you will need a new router. Most routers are 10/100 Mbps switches and the wireless components are just hitting the pricy 1Gbps. You can get 1Gbps routers but those are usually 1Gbps/802.11n/ac which are normally on the pricy side (~$150-$200). If the speed you plan on getting is less than 100 Mbps, then there's little incentive to get a new router because you can't take advantage of that speed. If you are getting a higher tier, then it would probably be worth upgrading. As for an all-in-one vs. modem+router, I'm old school and prefer the modem + router. The router can control my local LAN and if I upgrade, I don't need a new unit if I upgrade my plan. I can just swap the modem and my intranet will still be functional. That being said, if you're tight on space or don't want to deal with the mess of wires 2 units can become, then I would just use the all-in-one unit the company will give you.
  15. If anything does happen, trust me, it will show up. But as nothing is going on, the topics drop down in the list, and don't show up on the first page (HENCE why we tell people to look past the 1st page OR use Search. IT'S. NOT. THAT. HARD.) For example, as of posting: Robotech live action movie - Last post, Jul.26, 2013. Robotech-Voltron comic Last post: Jul. 16, 2013 Has anything happened since? NO. If something happens that's worth yapping about, we will know about it. Till then, they sit in sleep-mode.
  16. Unfortunately, there are no other browsers for Windows RT available for you to test so I can't say it's Windows RT's fault.
  17. Perhaps the Elf-romance subplot is to give Kili's death a little more depth in the next film. Oh sorry, Spoilers. Dain II Ironfoot is portrayed by Billy Connolly in the next film. He could still kill Azog.
  18. Teaser trailer: Makoto Shishio's look..... Not sure I like translation from animated to live-action. Feel too literal a translation The bandages feel too think. Looks more like a mask than bandages. Feels bulky. Maybe they'll show more in the next trailer.
