    Couple of projects finished up today, 1st up the little baby NX01 Enterprise. Came out pretty good! Can't wait to move onto more of that set. Aztec decals were amazing to use. And of course Sheriff Woody! He is 100% painted minus the eye decals. Went with a semi gloss clear coat at the end to even things out and make him kinda more toyish looking. I think he came out pretty darn well! Can't wait to Buzz for Xmas and have then side by side!

    I hate you for the simple fact you have that "Just Married" decal on yours that I DON't have on mine. It's from the 1:72 Hase kit isn't it? I almost bought the kit just for the decals!

    . That's funny. Yeh....I actually agree with Mommar on this one, in the pics they show up WAY more prominently than they do in real life. (I used my camera flash for those pics) I should have gone over the whole thing with a light coat of base color to tone down the color of the panels and kind of make everything blend together, (Electric Indigo does this on his builds and it does make a difference) but I just didn't. It's a work desk model, so I was kinda like whatever. I could have weathered it and battle damaged it too, but I wanted to move on to other things. I have started using Flory's Grime instead of Dark Dirt and it's way lighter and looks better on Valks and Starships panel lines, FYI. Here's two desk shots...

    Just my .2 cents here....If you have any modeling experience whatsoever, do yourself a favor and get this Defiant kit off Amazon and build it. VERY simple to build. Lots of decals yes, but they go on super easy and you get a GREAT end result. For the money, if you have a little time, it beats the stomp out of the Eaglemoss XL IMHO. I've attached a few pics of mine.     Yeh....Arcadia did SUCH a good job of clear coating the PF SDF-1 they neglected to remove the clear bridge part first and any other clear parts so they got fogged up. I'm not buying into Arcadia anymore. Sorry..once twice, three times bitten...VERY shy. I'm out. They've priced me out of their Macross game even IF they did deliver a perfect product, which, let's be completely honest here, is NOT the norm for them.

    I REALLY wish they would do a TV outfit Minmay at some point, either in Chinese red dress or swimsuit competition getup or schoolgirl outfit. I really hope they do Lisa/Misa, Claudia, Global and the Bridge Bunnies too at some point. That would just be so cool!

    BBTS finally came through on the KC Rick Hunter/Hikaru. These really are nice figures. I think they're ridiculously overpriced, but I'll be in for more of them. Feels like the figures we all have wanted for 30+ years.
